We have 50 windows/door Purchased from this company. Salesperson promised full 5 year warranty. When we need service company asked to pay for service call. What is a meaning of warranty?

I contacted merchant to have a sales rep come and give an estimate for a window replacement. Keith came out was very nice and professional, he even came after their normal business hours. A few days later I was emailed a quote, when I followed up to attempt to move forward with a contract and that's where things started to fall apart. Apparently Keith had left the company and I was switched to a different salesman. The new salesman Todd was seemed very put off by having to take over Keith's jobs. Todd said the quote I was given looked wrong and he didn't even think the window would fit our home. I explained that is what I was given and Todd said he hadn't even seen the quote I was previously given, I asked how he could say it would fit if he had no idea what the quote said???? Todd was extremely rude and was talking to me on speaker phone as if he didn't have time for me, he said he would have to come out again and start all over. Against my better judgment I agreed to getting a 2nd quote, Todd never showed up. After waiting for an hour I called Todd and he said he was never planning on coming inside, he was going to measure our 2nd story window from outside. I am not really sure how he could give me a more accurate quote than the first time without even coming inside our home but he's the expert right. My husband and I felt very uncomfortable at that point and cancelled any further contact with this company. We felt they were completely unprofessional, extremely rude and very unorganized. I understand the first salesman left the company but there was no reason to take that out on the customer, we were trying to give them business but I guess they don't need it. I cannot speak for their work or other salesmen within the company but if you have to deal with Todd I hope it goes better than it did for us.
