Everything Darius said he would do he did. My original roof was not installed properly on my front porch and he corrected it to solve my problems, and the workmanship was excellent, and professional. I will definitely use Baltic again.

Description of Work: Tore off 2 layers of shingles , replaced sheathing as needed . Installed water dam (8ft from eave) , insulated felt paper , Owens Corning Architectual shingles , ridge vents , new vent stacks , bath roof vent , gutters with 4 inch drain pipe . All work was completed in one day . This project was supervised by owner of Baltic , his crew arrived on time , went to work , were courteous and professional . Building was protected during tear off , and areas cleaned up by crew . I would highly recommend this company , all items on contract were done . It was a smooth operation . We are thoroughly and totally satisfied with work . All contractors could take a lesson on how Baltic operates . |

Description of Work: They repaired a leak to my roof around the chimney. Reflashed the chimney adding a gutter to divert water. Adding a rubberized material and replacing shingles. The owner gave me an estimate for the work, explained what they would do to solve the problem. They are very punctual and very hard workers, cleaning up after themselves. I would absolutely use their services again. Then about 6 months after the work they called to make sure their work solved the problem. They also gave me a 1 year warrantee on their work. Very good company!

Description of Work: Roofing shingles were replaced. Darius is a true professional. He was on-time for the estimate and provided all the necessary information I was looking for. He called back within minutes when I had a question about the quote. On the day of the roofing the whole crew was on time for a 7:00 am start. They made sure they covered all the grass and bush areas and were very careful where they put the pallets of materials. There cleanup was excellent and included blowing out the gutters and the street in front of the house. I had 4 quotes and they were the 2nd lowest and were #1 in the materials used. Their quality is excellent.Work was performed near 111th and Pulaski.
