Excellent service. He gave me a quote over the phone. He came to my house on time and did the repair in my driveway. Clean, well manered, fully equipped van. Its should have been a 20 minute job. There were problems. He had trouble removing the old lock cylinder. This happens on occasion if the housing is warped. It took nearly 2 hours. In the end he completed the replacement and cut a new key. He did not charge extra for the service call. HIGHLY recommended.
