Description of Work: Grout cleaning that was solely dependent on the cleaning chemicals themselves. There wasn't any hard and aggressive scrubbing performed and I think that is why I didn't receive the outcome that I had hoped for. The Tile and the Grout that were cleaned are of excellent quality, so I know that wasn't the problem.

Description of Work: I had all the upstairs carpeting as well as two stairways cleaned. ACSI arrived on time and did a thorough job. The carrpet was not overly saturated as has happened with other rug cleaning services. I was very pleased with the job and plan on using them again.

Description of Work: Service man did a very good job of cleaning carpeting. But I only had a third of the square footage of carpet that was allowed by the deal so I asked them to clean 5 steps leading to the basement (lightly soiled like the rest of the carpet) and the owner said no. For that reason I probably would not use them again even thought the work that was done was quite good. I believe the owner should have been more flexible---the work probably would have taken less than 15 minutes and it would have taken more time to clean the additional 500 sq. ft. of carpeting that I did not have.

Description of Work: Action Cleaning did not honor Angie's List coupon. When trying tro redeam the coupon was told by Steve that I was not in their service area & would have to get a refund!!! I live in Will County which is not one of the counties listed as not availabe. Steve said that Will county was a BIG county!!!! :-( Too bad he can't handle it!!!!

I expected tha tlike most carpet cleaners (Brouwer bros for instance) they would find that the four areas (two halls, two bedrooms) were more than the contracted number of spaces. Instead, they measured and found the overall footage within their limits so did not charge me for anything except the steps which I knew would be extra when I booked them. Very professional, courteous. Scott even called to tell me he might be early. I took their card and would definitely call them again.
