Perfect. Had flip a doorknob around the correct way. No problem.

Paul was not only able to come out same day, he changed the locks on 4 doors and made a set of 16 keys for us in only about an hour. Very courteous, professional, and work done was excellent. Wish I would have remembered the 10% Angie’s List discount, but that was my fault. Would DEFINITELY use again and have already referred to family who plan to use him as well. Very happy!

Service was done timely and professionally

I called t make an appointment, Paul said He could be there in half an hour. He was at the door within half an hour. He was quite knowledgable on locksmithing in general and pretty quickly told me what could be done with the locks and how long it would take. He rebuilt the tumblers in 5 doors and made 9 keys pretty quickly. We talked the entire time he was working and it was interesting to here Paul talk about the business and how long he has been d*** it. He really knows his business.

Very satisfied with the job done. I called Thursday to schedule an appointment. Paul scheduled the appointment for 10 am Friday. He even called before to confirm he was on his way. Very professionnal,if I have any more keys problems I know who to call now.

Paul arrived on time. He even called ahead to confirm the appointment. He completed the work in the estimated amount of time and charged exactly what he quoted. By coming to the house to fix the car, we avoided the hassle of bringing the vehicle to and from the car dealer. Overall, he saved us time and money.

Very pleased. My keys would not turn the ignition in my 1998 car after years of being tricky. It took 30 minutes to start the car! "Paul" came out on very short notice to my home and repaired the ignition lock by cleaning it, and then as a bonus repaired all the door locks by cleaning them . He made sharp new keys from the rounded worn out keys; which I believe is a tricky job.. It took a long time, but he charged little - at the low end of what he had quoted on the phone, and FAR less than I think a dealership would have charged to replace the ignition mechanism.. The ignition and locks work perfectly for the first time since we bought the car almost 3 years ago.

It was a time sensitive issue, and I needed someone to come out immediately. He was very nice, professional, fast, and did a great job. His price was very affordable and competitive. He was really great. I would definitely him to anyone and use him again.

He was very professional and arrived on time. He kept us abreast of his arrival time by calling shortly before he was to arrive which was very considerate. He installed the lock in a reasonable amount of time and was careful to clean up any mess. It truly looked as if no work had been done except the appearance of a new lock on the door. We were very pleased with his work and would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone. His charge was about $50 less than a previous appraisal and he was far more responsive
