Absolutely terrible. When the appointment window 2-4 PM came and went with nobody showing up, I called the 800 number. I was told that they "...would try to get hold of someone, but it was a national company with individual franchises." After a while, I did get a call from the driver who set a new time of 4-6 PM (saying that they were on a 'big job'). I said, "OK." The new window was almost at the end, and the driver called again to say that they wouldn't be able to make until 8:00 PM (still a 'big job'). I told them to forget about it. I wasted my entire Saturday waiting for them. I ended up getting a local company who showed up right on time, for about half the price.

The two men that came with the truck were extremely courteous, professional and efficient. Adrian and Tony were very polite, worked quickly and neatly. Before they started they explained their process thoroughly along with the price list. They charge by the amount of space you take up in the truck. They were great at fitting the stuff into every nook and cranny so that it was compact. I would definitely hire them again. They really turned my day around by taking charge of the situation and making me look good. Our closing was at 2:30 pm and by 6pm they had the house empty. Those last few items the seller left behind filled one entire dump truck! Thank you again Adrian and Tony for helping out today! It was a pleasure meeting and working with you! Prompt and professional. This is the third time I have used the company, once at my Mother's home, once at my Brother's home and now for my home. Their level of service is consistently above average. Now that my garage has been cleared of an accumulation of nearly 30 years of clutter, I am already planning the next project and will use the team again to help me clear out my basement.

Adrian and Cedric were very polite and professional. They were very easy to work with. I especially like that I did not have to move anything outside to the curb in order to be taken. I would recommend them to anyone who needs anything removed. I also like the fact that items will be donated or recycled, if possible.

It went well. The job was done quickly & organized.The young men were very friendly, polite & did what I asked. Couldn't take all the wood (very large quantity) space in the truck filled quickly, couldn't spend the money to have all the wood from the loft & back of garage taken out. The young men did move items that were in the yard, back in the garage for me that weren't being discarded. Overall pleased with the service.
