Went very well. Technician was @ 10 minutes late as the numbers of my address were transposed but he was close and figured it out. Very nice and conscientious. Made sure that the couch was gone over well. Looks brand new.' Their price was the most reasonable ad I have contacted Sears and Stanley Steamer and they were twice the price. I not only got a follow up call from the initial quote request but also got a follow up call to make sure I was happy with the service. Great sales technique!

The carpet began to mold before it dried. I ended up buying a dehumidifyer to help, but it was too late to salvage the carpet.
Description of Work: I had 2 wet spots on an L-shape first level carpet. SNCleaning assured me they could take care of it. When the shampooing was finished, all of the carpet was very wet. The technician said the carpet would be dry by the next day. It wasn't. The entire carpet was still quite wet. The manager blamed it on rain from 2 previous days. Obviously, I disagree.

We are using low moisture steam cleaning method, so the average time for the carpet to dry is 4-6 hours. Before we started the job, there was water damage in her home, so the wet carpet was not caused by us. We also offered to come back and see if there is anything else that we can do, but the client refused.

Great experience with this company.
Description of Work: We left an apartment which according to our lease agreement had to have its carpets cleaned professionally before we leave. The work they did was great! He was very professional and you couldn't beat that price. Will definitely use them again in the future.

I was very pleased. Response was prompt and technician arrived on time. Cleaning was very thorough. Stains I thought might not come out, did. In the past I have dealt with other cleaning companies from expensive to cheap. None has ever done such a good job!
