Went very well. Noah had a last minute cancellation on the same day I called him, so he added me to his day's agenda. He and his coworker worked fast and he told and showed me everything they were going to do and what I needed to know.

The installation was great. They arrived on time and finished in about 3 hours. They cleaned up everything and made sure we were happy with the work before they left. We are very pleased with our new garage door.

They were excellent. One of our garage doors would open with our opener, but we had to close it from inside our garage and hold the button down until it was fully closed. We have had 2 other companies come out and they were unable to fix the issue. Garage Doors 360 fixed the issue within an hour, and it now works perfectly.

Called GD360 for broken coils and they gave me a quote and scheduled me for first thing next morning and told me they would contact me if they could make it earlier. Later that same morning they said they finished early and could come by earlier which was great. They replaced the coils and noticed a fraying cable that i was going to ask about and replaced that as well. They worked quickly, were professional, friendly and answered my questions and walked me through how the door should operate. Definitely using them again and referring to friends.

Noah from Garage Doors 360 contacted me as soon as I requested a quote. He was able to come out the same day, gave me an estimate, and was able to do the work right then and there. They replaced the rollers, lubricated the hinges and the springs, and even helped us reset the code for the keypad. He also explained how to keep the hinges and rollers lubricated and what to use. Will definitely be going with them for our garage door needs!

Great. The contractor was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He hauled away all the old parts. He even explained how to maintain the new door and gave me permission to call the company if i have any questions in the future.

Here is it the evening before New Years eve and we hear this incredibly loud bang to find out our garage door spring broke. We called several different companies and only 2 called us back. One was Garage Door 360. Not only did Noah call us back right after we reached out to the company, but he was at our house at 9am the very next day. He removed his shoes before entering out house and wore a mask the entire time. He was very knowledgeable and professional and completed the project very quickly. He installed 10,000 cycle springs and our garage door works perfectly now. I can confidently recommend this company for your garage door repairs.

I had an issue with my garage door not closing completely. The issue seemed due to a loose screw in the retainer at the bottom. I contacted Noah, he picked up right away and he offered to come the next day. I did send him a picture of the issue as I had one. He was prompt on arriving at my place the next morning. The issue was fixed in a few minutes. Delighted with the quick response and fast repair. Will absolutely use again in the future.

Garage Doors 360 was professional and efficient, and my repair (sensor issue) was resolved in a few minutes. They also offered and I accepted lube service and replaced a broken door hinge. Although it was not part of the service request, I did ask if they could replace a fussy keypad, and they had a new one on the truck which saved me from making another service request. I also appreciated the tips that they shared for making my garage door functioning properly.
