We called Mr. Boehm for a estimate on replacing the roof on our house based on the work he had done on our neighbors house. His estimator came the next day and a representative came to our house to discuss the work to be done. He came well prepared with details on the work, materials, customer references, a copy of his business license, liability coverage information and state consumer protection information. He reviewed the material options and the potential additional costs depending on what was discovered under the old roof. His estimate was very competitive, so we accepted it. They were supposed to start work two days later, but contacted me the night before electing to postpone the work due to concerns about the weather, which were well founded. I was very appreciative that he waited until the weather was more appropriate. They were on the job the following Monday, as promised. The work was completed in a day and a half (just before it started to rain again). Overall, the entire experience was excellent. We've received several compliments on the new roof. I would recommend Boehm Roofing without reservation.

We signed the original contract on June 6. However, we discovered the contract was for a 30 year roof buy we wanted the 50 year roof. So, we got a new contract signed around July 2nd. Then, waited until they got to us. On Aug 2nd, the crew arrived. First they put a dumpster in our driveway to toss old material into. The contractor was careful not to damage our driveway when originally putting the dumpster in place and when removing it the next day. The crew started working on the roof just after 7am. The entire roof took one full day and the crew stayed till after 6pm to complete the job. The crew foreman was helpful and took time to answer my questions. On one occasion, they changed the contract at my request to put a 6 foot ice dam on the roof. The contract was for a 3 foot ice dam but we had originally requested a 6 foot dam which didn't get in the contract. The crew wa polite and responsive when I asked questions on what was going on. They didn't seem to mind me walking around the house all day and watching them work. I feel they did a very good job and we are very satisfied with our new roof.
