Nick was absolutely wonderful! When I was researching the window treatment repairs, I found Window Visions number. I put in my information, and lo and behold Nick called me immediately! His price was reasonable. He arrived on time and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend Nick. He is really a very nice man who happens to be great at his job!

Nick literally met me in a parking lot and fixed my blind 10 minutes after I spoke with him. He was excellent!

Repair you horizontal blinds, don't toss them!

Nick is a professional , only worked with him once, however, aware that he is going to do whatever within reason, to complete his customer's project.

Nick called me back immediately and was at my home fixing the blinds the next day. He did a great job.

Needed to replace broken cord. Cord was replaced but the blind did not raise or lower properly when I reinstalled in my home. I phoned Window Visions and relayed this problem. Was told that they had same problem first time they tested the blind up/down operation. Then was told that their second attempt was successful. Paid $65.00 for a repair that didn't work. I was told that I could bring the blind back to their facility and it would probably only take several minutes to fix the mechanism that controls the up and down feature. I would not recommend this company for blind repair.

It was a very problematic repair. Nick went out of his way to solve the problems. He was professional, courteous, competent and completed the job.'

Nick responded quickly and cam out the next day to do the repair onsite. Everything went as expected.

Repairman was personable and efficient

Nick is very quick to respond to emails. He did a nice job restringing two blinds for me. The blinds are old and he forewarned me before he did the work that the locking mechanisms are no longer available and that they will cause the strings to fray in the future. I appreciated the heads up. His price for the repairs was about 30% less than an estimate I received from a competitor. I would definitely recommend Nick.
