Description of Work: The Weed Man did an excellent job, was courteous and prompt. My lawn was so full of weeds I thought I would have to pull it up and lay sod. Whatever the Weed Man worked, and worked dramatically. Very few weeds after 2 treatments. Lawn never looked so good. Price reflects prepayment for season.

Description of Work: I purchased the Big Deal for weed treatment. They were very great to work with over the phone. We were very satisfied with them that we decided to continue treatment to get our lawn in shape. They were very knowledgeable, not pushy with sales, and seemed to genuinely care about assisting our lawn needs.

Description of Work: I purchased the $25 lawn treatment, but was informed that a single treatment would not do much good, so I was upsold. The entire process has now cost me close to $300, but they have done a good job of ridding my lawn of weeds, which to their credit, was no small task. They are also fertilizing, so we shall see what spring brings.

Description of Work: This was a $25 Angie's List Big Deal. While it turned me off that the provider called with a heavy sales job to try to get me to buy an expensive lawn-care package, I must say the work was excellent. I had some major weeds, and they got 'em. I was very impressed.

Description of Work: They offered a great deal for weeding, but said they had to do many visits to make it work. This is a total up-sell model. They offer something for little money and then try to sell you a $600 plus program. It felt sleazy and they still keep calling my house after I said no. I am surprised to see this from Angie's list. I will now take caution to all offers.

Description of Work: i purchased a deal from one franchisee, but the application seems to have been provided by another. They came unannounced, while I was not home so my neighbor allowed them to enter my property.So I really don't know what they did. But many weeds have not made an appearance this year (so far)(in the front yard).
