Description of Work: We used this company for our summer clean up and for weekly lawn maintenance. The guys did an amazing job and were very courteous. However, the office manager was unresponsive to my mails. I continuously asked for Angel to call me directly. I sent five messages and the only one they responded to was when I said I had yet to receive an invoice. They changed my service day from TH to Wed with no notice or discussion. When I told them I was not happy with the switch, they told me they would be happy to cancel my contract. If I had been rude or overbearing, I could understand but this was not the case. At any rate, it is such a shame as the guys did great work.

Description of Work: They did snow plow for all winter. |As was agreed they came always in time and did do snow removal as good as possible. Cost of service is per visit.

Description of Work: Called Vega for an estimate to remove 6 mature shrubs. A lawn care foreman came and made as estimate. We asked him about replacement plants, but it became evident that he wasn't that knowledgible about shade plants. He said he would research plants and get back to us. After a week we tried to get in touch with him at Vega, but were unable to contact anyone. We made four phone calls, but only two of them went to voicemail. No one ever called us back.

Description of Work: Vegas Landscaping is UNBELIEVABLE!!! I submitted a report earlier this year on the service I received. Since then I contracted them for trimming my bushes and evergreens and a Fall cleanup with gutter cleaning. In each case they did an excellent job and more than I expected. I also agreed to snow removal and I am sure glad I did. They have been here 4 times this year and were so quick I could hardly believe it. On December 8, We arrived home at 10:30 PM from a trip out east to find 6 inches of snow. The following morning at 7:00 AM We awoke to find they had already been here and the snow was gone. They has been this quick every time we had snow. They are every bit as good as I say they are. If you need any of the above services you won't find anyone better In my experience. They are every bit as good as I say they are.
