Description of Work: I needed a quote for a garage door. I called Clopay distribution and they gave me Quality Door's contact info as one of their dealers. I called the owner Steve who was very unprofessional and nasty from the minute he picked up the phone. Raised his voice at me and started yelling about how much it costs him to give a quote and how much his time is worth . . . but he still wanted to give me a quote. At that point I told him we valued our time too and its time-consuming for homeowners as well. Throughout the call, he would not answer any questions about the garage door and told me to look at the manufacturer website. Then he started raising his voice and yelling about how it was his business and we could end the call right there. Which I happily did! Needless to say we did not pursue a quote. Checked other online reviews on him and apparently other people had the same experience (plus problems post-install).

+ -1 morethese people apparently don't need your business. The sticker on my Garage door indicates they serviced this house in the past but threee calls and not the courtesy of a return call.

+ -1 moreCalled at 4:45 p.m. on Friday regarding my garage door. After two calls to the answering service (I was disconnected on the first call) I spoke with the owner. He confirmed what the operator had told me before I was disconnected that the service charge for a weekend service call would be $375. + equipment and labor. He did not ask any questions regarding the problem. He was arrogant and unconcerned.
