Charged me $275 for one minute of work that I did not approve with my HOA. When I tried talking to the "owner" of the company, he hung up on me and has avoided me since.

Badly. At our request, they 'inspected' one of our condo garages and said we needed to replace a good amount of drywall for $1910. When we asked them (Mariusz) back to explain what they proposed to do and show us their report, all he brought were some photos of our garage where past water leaks from above had left stains on the drywall. These were not black mildewy or moldy stains, just old water stains on the ceiling drywall from past leaks. He said that 'a garage is a humid place and if we can see stains, then there is 10 times as much water behind where we can't see.'. This is after an entire winter of dry air? I asked if he had any mold measuring equipment at all of any kind, and he said no. He said a 'real' mold test would cost $2500'. Wrong - not according to 2 other real mold companies I talked to afterwards. Our association will not go near Perfect Edge ever again for any service.

We still have water coming under the threshold. We were told he'd be out to look at it many times and he is now MIA.

We were given Mariusz?s information at the cabinet desk at Menards where we ordered our cabinets. We had two Angie?s List companies and Mariusz come out for bids ? all were competitive, but Mariusz mentioned that the granite guy he works with would match the price and be able to turn around our countertops much more quickly than we had been promised by another company (3-4 days instead of 10), so we went with him for our kitchen project. They started the job 2 weeks later when the cabinets arrived and it went much more smoothly than I could have imagined. Mariusz managed all elements of the project with such ease and competence and his guys were hard working, respectful of us and our home, and detailed. When Menards failed to deliver one of our cabinets (the corner Lazy Suzan base cabinet), I was getting nowhere with them trying to locate the missing box. As soon as I told Mariusz about the problem, he got right on the phone and started working his manager contacts at Menards until they finally found the cabinet at 10:00pm the night before they were going to install the cabinets. This was in no way his responsibility to find the cabinet, but he not only worked on pushing Menards to locate it, he picked it up the next morning so the work could continue on schedule. It was this kind of above and beyond that makes me so glad we had Perfect Edge do our kitchen remodel. The kitchen is beautiful and the process was completely painless. They started on a Monday and everything was completely finished the next Thursday. Mariusz is extremely easy to get a hold of ? anytime I needed to reach him with a question, he would reply right away via phone or email. This completely bucks the notion of what I thought dealing with contractors would be like. I recommend Perfect Edge without hesitation.
