They did an excellent job. Fast, courteous, cleaned up the debris afterwards. Sales was very responsive.

I was initially skeptic of Nuvohaus as it is a fairly new company with no on-line reviews that I could find. I e-mailed the owner Dee, who followed up with me immediately providing references near to our area as well as spent a considerable amount of time on the phone & in-person discussing the job and how their team was qualified with many years of experience in the industry. They helped us out with our insurance claim by investing a lot of time in identifying the damaged areas and working with our adjuster to ensure our insurance claim was comprehensive in what it should cover. They had completed one other job in our neighborhood prior to starting ours, and did a great job (the homeowner had praised their work as well), which made me feel a lot better. The materials were ordered, and the crew started almost immediately, finishing the job in a few days. The roofing crew started first - they were all very courteous, detail oriented and we were very happy with the results. They took time every evening to clean everything up before leaving each day. The siding crew came next and were equally as courteous and detail oriented in completing the job. The last step was another crew for the downspouts and gutters. Our house now looks better than it did when it was new! We had replaced aluminum siding with vinyl siding and Nuvohaus recommended and included using foam insulation backing which has greatly reduced the noise (and should improve insulation). Our project manager Young spent a great deal of time explaining everything to us and making sure we were 100% satisfied throughout the entire process. Based on our positive experience we have recommended them to other neighbors who have had work done in our area and they have been happy with their work as well. I also learned that they do other home improvement work as well and won't hesitate on calling them next time we have any home maintenance projects. In summary, the folks at Nuvohaus are very honest & ethical, hard working, courteous and did a superior job for us & I highly recommend them.
