Michael's Flooring

They were a referral from my hardwood flooring supplier. What stands out about them is their pricing and the owner communicated well. In the end, I think the quality was there, although, we had a couple of problems with it. It was a couple of mistakes that almost got us into a lawsuit, but it was a very unreasonable plan. The work was about average. It was not 100% stellar. They basically refinished some flooring underneath a refrigerator and they did not push the refrigerator all the way back when the refinished. So, when they did finally did finish and when the customer pushed the refrigerator back, they saw the overlap line where they redid underneath the refrigerator first and the kitchen second. So, it was sort of a darker strip and they were furious to the point where they expected us to pull out all of their flooring and replace it. It was not reasonable. He absolutely bent over backwards trying to resolve the issue.
