MARBLECAST GRANITE MARBLE

I walked into the busy showroom, the clerk did not notice me. I walked around the showroom a bit, and asked the clerk if this company did fireplace hearth stones. They do, but because I dont need a whole slab, i was shown the remnants. This company doesnt have any inventory system and is very disorganized. I was rushed through the showroom into the warehouse to pick from stone remnants that are not labeled. I need granite, but granite and quartz are mixed together with no labels or even sizes. The clerk helping me had to stay with me in the warehouse, but could not help me find anything, I asked about certain colors and patterns. But she didnt say anything of show me anything. I saw a sink in the showroom that had a nice granite top with colors and patterns really liked. But because there is no inventory system, she could not tell me if they had that type in, or if it was even available. It was just to show customers types of stone, but i cannot buy it? The clerk gave me a copy of addresses and phone numbers of all their suppliers and suggested I contact them directly to view their inventory. I asked the clerk if she would ask the warehouse guys for any help of remnants other stone that was similar to the sink in the showroom, she said she would but didnt ask for my contact info. She really didnt want to be bothered, and wanted to go to lunch. I provided my contact info, but dont think i'll get a call back. I would like to look at the granite remnants, but just dont have the time required to look through every piece (granite and quartz) to find what i need.

Countertop was ordered and coordinated with our bathroom remodeling. Kim helped us to pick out the right color. It was installed on time and our bathroom remodeling was completed within the time frame given.
