Description of Work: 6 MONTHS AFTER HE FIRST CAME TO LOOK AT OUR WASHING MACHINE, WE SCHEDULED ANOTHER APPOINTMENT WITH THE TECHNICIAN. HE STOOD ME UP TWICE IN ONE WEEK - MAKING ME WAIT FOR MORE THAN 5 HOURS - WITH NO APOLOGY. THEN HE LIED TO THE MANUFACTURER OF OUR DEFECTIVE WASHING MACHINE (HE'S AN AUTHORIZED SERVICER FOR THAT BRAND) AND TOLD THEM THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH IT - THAT OUR CLOTHES WERE JUST TOO DIRTY!
