Description of Work: The person I spoke to couldn't perform the job but he listened and gave me a great referral. We were on the phone for over 10 minutes and he didn't have to help me. I am so thankful and will give them my business in the future.

 + -1 moreThey helped us choose a custom design but to match the existing iron coach light (we have an old, stone front Georgian home) They made several drawings for us to choose from--even having one end 1/4 inch closer to the home because the stone was thicker on the other side. Once they began we were invited to the shop to see the pattern. They used 3/16 thickness so it is much sturdier than what you usually see--almost industrial grade. Even the underside of the handrail is smooth and finished. They did 3 coats of painting/curing and left us with an extra blacksmith spray can for our coach light. They were very nice to work with, we paid in full upon completion. It is the nicest in our neighborhood.
Description of Work: We had new front cement steps poured and we needed a new iron railing.

 + -1 moreTHESE GUYS SEEMED TO ENJOY DOING SMALL PROJECTS LIKE THIS, WHERE THEY ONLY HAVE TO DO THE FUN PART: WELDING. SINCE I DID THE FABRICATION, IT KEPT THE COSTS DOWN. THEY DIG CLASSIC CARS, SO I FELT THEY HAD A GENUINE INTEREST IN HELPING ME OUT. I HAD TO WAIT A FEW DAYS FOR PARTS, BUT MY JOB WAS SMALL POTATOES COMPARED TO THEIR USUAL WORK, SO I CAN DEAL WITH THAT. I'M JUST GLAD I FOUND A SHOP WILLING TO TAKE ON SUCH A LITTLE JOB.
Description of Work: THEY WELDED A CUSTOM TRANSMISSION MOUNT ADAPTER AND A CUSTOM CROSSMEMBER FOR A CLASSIC CAR PROJECT. I DID MOST OF THE FABRICATION, BUT HAD THEM LAY DOWN THE WELDS (I DON'T OWN A WELDER)
