Lee was able to come out the same day I called. With the recent wave of extreme heat, this really exceeded my expectation. I am a regular customer of Lee's HVAC, Inc. for my annual service check-ups for heating and air conditioning. A big influence to the high rating I give is that I trust Lee and the work he does. I have an old electric furnace (over 30 years old) that wouldn't turn on this morning. I called Lee's around 8am & he was out here by 10am even with the snowstorm going on. Since it's an old furnace I was expecting something major & expensive. He checked everything out & found it to be just a faulty wire. He replaced the wire & checked everything else out & now the furnace is working great. And it was less than $100! He was very professional & didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. I would definitely use them again.

He did a good job. He turned up and got it done fast. He ended up finishing it faster than we thought. He was open about what he was doing and answered all the questions that we had.

My experience was good. They are trustworthy and they get the job done without leaving a mess behind.

Lee always does a great job - knowledgeable, thorough, and competent in his work. He is very trustworthy and nice. His charges are quite reasonable. I can strongly recommend him to anyone needing HVAC work or hot water heater work.

I trust Lee with the key to my home. I am almost never there when he works and I've always trusted him to do only what is needed. He proved that when 2 other companies bid that my father needed a $5,000 new furnace. I told him to wait and have Lee come over to his condo. Lee quoted $3,800 - but he wanted to see if he could take the machine apart and repair it. He was able to replace a component and buy 5 more years for my Dad (cost $115 including labor). Lee may charge a little more than some people for some jobs, but there is something to be said for trusting that he will never cheat me.

They always come in on time. Whenever there is something wrong with my furnace, they tell me everything I need to know. They also do what they have to do to solve any problems with it.

THEY WERE PROMPT, VERY CLEAR ABOUT WHAT THEY WERE DOING AND HOW IT ALL WORKED. THE CHARGES WERE CLEAR AND VERY COMPETITIVE. THEY CLEANED UP VERY WELL, WERE QUICK AND WERE REALLY NICE ABOUT THE WHOLE THING. LEE IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND VERY GOOD AT EXPLAINING THINGS TO PEOPLE WHO HAVE NO EXPERIENCE WITH COMPLICATED HEATING SYSTEMS. I HAVE RADIANT HEAT AND HE DID MORE THAN SERVICE THE UNIT, HE EXPLAINED IT ALL TO ME AND SHOWED ME HOW TO MAINTAIN IT BETTER FOR A LONGER LIFE.
