The were a few minutes past their scheduled time, but they called to let me know. It wasn't an issue. They were courteous , friendly, & quick. They were aware of the fact that I had a dog & cat to be sure neither of them got out during the cleaning. I would recommend them to anyone. My carpet wasn't super wet like Stanley steamer's have done in the past. It dried in the time frame they gave me. I have had my carpets cleaned previously the price was better than any other in the past.

This carpet cleaning experience was wonderful! Both technicians knew what they were doing and cleaned our shop carpeting thoroughly and efficiently. I will definitely use them again.

I always use these guys. They are very fairly priced, always on-time, do great work, and always try and find something extra to do (without extra charge). Paul and his crew are careful and thorough. They will move whatever furniture they need to and never complain. They worked especially h****** both of our stairs...they seem to show the dirt sooner than the rest of the carpets. They worked on all three levels of our home, even cleaning two large carpets in the basement office. They charge much less that some of the big, national firms advertise, and they stand behind their work.

I called them for a future date but they had a team close by and came right over. Arrived ready to work and got started right away. Did a very good job. They moved furniture and displays in the office/showroom and thoroughly cleaned the carpet. Took them only one hour. I would recommend them...very fair pricing, in and out in reasonable time, and didn't take any shortcuts (like not moving something that was on the carpet). Job looks great.

I've hired Lee's before and would absolutely hire them again. They arrived on-time, did an extremely thorough job, cleaned up after themselves and gave me a price lower than I expected. Lee's hires and trains hard-working crews that know their business and don't cut corners. They seem eager to please the customer and worked overtime on some spots that they finally got out of our carpet.

On my initial call, I spoke with Paul and he was very professional and was able to provide me with a quote over the phone. They fit me into the schedule on short notice. Paul came to the house we just purchased and was able to clean the carpets in 9 rooms in under 2 hours (no furniture to move). Paul was great...very professional and took his time explaining what he was going to do and how well or not the cleaning might work for certain stains.

Overall, the experience went well. I purchased this for my daughter. She really liked the technicians and she said they did a neat & thorough job. The technicians were prompt and courteous, and the price was reasonable. Everything went smoothly & their services are recommended.

Arrived right on-time, seemed to know exactly what to do...the team (2 guys) worked well together and did a marvelous job on our carpets and rugs. I would hire them again in a minute. So many other firms offer to clean your carpets for a "special" price and then jack it up when they arrive...not these guys. They actually did more for us than we bargained for...and they did it well. Good job Angie's List for recommending firms like Lee's Carpet Cleaning.

They showed up when they were suppose to and were courteous. I have never had my rug shampooed so I don't know what to expect but as far as I can tell it looks good.

Lee's Carpet Cleaning couldn't have been better. they came on time, were VERY professional and most importantly, did a great job cleaning my carpets. They did such a good job I had them come over to my office and do the carpets there as well. Platitudes aside, fair price, excellent service and they stand behind their work. I've used them before and I'd use them again. This is the kind of company Angie's List helps consumers find.
