Working with Jerry surpassed our expectations. He is a genuine guy, and you can tell that he puts a lot of pride in his work. Jerry and his team work quickly and cleanly. The team always arrived on time (around 8 am) and left around 5pm each day. Before leaving and throughout they day, they would clean up any messes that were made. The dustless sanding is amazing! My husband and I both work from home so it was important to use that the process was clean. The floors turned about beautiful! We didn't want to replace our existing trim and window moldings so Jerry helped us match and compliment the existing trim. He applied two sample stain colors to the floor, and he was patient with us while we decided which color to choose overnight. Jerry and his team started on Monday morning, and they were finished around 9am on Saturday morning. We are very very happy with the result, and we are recommending him to all of our family and friends.

Jerry was prompt, reasonable and did a great job. He worked on a gloomy, foggy day and we discovered he missed a spot with the finish on the final coat. In his defense, it was difficult to see. He was very upset with himself and re-buffed and added a 4th coat of finish in the entire area. The last person we used damaged all of our quarter round trim, so we were concerned about this - not a nick from Jerry! Overall, we were very pleased and will definitely use him again.

He was on time for both the appointment to give me a quote, and for doing the actual job. He and his coworker were professional and did great work. Definitely recommend--when my other floors need refinishing I will be calling them again.

Jerry and his crew were always on time. These guys came from the city to suburbs with no problems. They were very professional. The job was well done and I will use them again to do my kitchen. They were very careful and cleaned up great. I was truly amazed that it was dustless!

Jerry was very easy to contact. He came out to give me an estimate in a very reasonable amount of time. He was thorough and he quickly saw the issues and problems with my floor. The workers arrived on time and finished promptly. There was absolutely no mess left; they were very clean workers. The finished floor looks great. I had Jerry come out to basically fix a job that another service tried to do, but did not so well. Now my floors look like they should. I wish I started with Jerry's in the first place!

Jerry came to the house to give us an estimate and educate us about the process. We chose Jerry after receiving two other estimates. Jerry and his team moved all of the furniture including our piano which made the experience hassle free. The dust free system really is dust free. The floors look fantastic and the experience we were dreading was a breeze.

Jerry and his team were wonderful to work with, and I am extremely pleased with my new floors. He provided me with a variety of options to update my current floors (new hardwood floor installation vs. refinishing), and I went with resanding and refinishing with a darker wood stain. The floors look amazing!!! He went out of his way to protect all of my furniture and I have yet to find a single piece of dust on anything! I recently had my walls repainted, so I was nervous about ruining my new paint job. My furniture was protected, my newly painted walls still look fantastic, and I had brand new looking floors in less than 2 days. Jerry really did an excellent job, and I would highly recommend him to anyone interested in hardwood floor installation or refinishing.

See above for more detail. Jerry and his helper did the work personally. They moved all furniture with extreme care. They did the complete first floor the first week and when complete, they installed pads on the bottom of every piece of furniture, including chair legs, etc. They re-installed all furniture very efficiently and to our satisfaction. During the second week, Jerry and his helper refinished all the rooms on the second floor in two phases to allow for the movement and re-installation of furniture. The equipment used really was essentially dust free, with tubes running to the outside to sealed containers. Each day they cleaned up, vacumed and made sure we were satisfied before they left. Jerry to great care to make sure we liked the stain color too. After he was finished, he recommended a painter (MWW Painting) for us to contact to finish painting the risers on the stairs. Michel with MWW did a great job too. The finished product is beautiful! Jerry worked very hard every day and finished the work when he said he would. I would highly recommend Jerry's Dust-free Flooring to anyone.

It was great working with Jerry. He's very professional and always responsive. He explained everything in excellent detail. I really wanted the job done as soon as possible, and Jerry was able to make it out and start working almost immediately. It is very clear that he is an expert in hardwood floors. He is a craftsman and takes great care and pride in his work.

Working with Jerry was a great experience. Not only was it a great price, but they were hardworking guys and did a phenomenal job on the floors. From the start I could see that Jerry was far more professional and capable than other contructors. he answered all my questions in half an hour to explain that the product he is using is best for my family. Because I have three energitic young boys, and one of them is allergic to dust, he used the high technology machine rey so that the job is completely dust free. He used the top of the line floor finishing that is odorless and fast drying and able to take heavy traffic. He worked around us and all the furnitures being in the house. He is very gentle about moving things around the house. He and his work are courtous. Even though my five years old boy was naughty and hid their tools, he never get upset. He taught us how to take care the new floor by helping us to put felt pads on all the furniture. And he has great ideas on how to rearrange the furniture so that my rooms look bigger. Again, he takes great pride in his work At last, after we had a painter come in to help with some painting on the ceiling, the painter left a big ugly scratch on my living room floor,. I called him and Jerry stopped by one day and came back to refinish the living room for me again. I am very happy about my new floor and he is the right guy to hire if you are thinking about doing your floor. I highly recommond him.

They did a beautiful job. They were fast and did good work.

He gave me a handwritten estimate. He seemed fine. He was here when he told he will be here. I would use him again in the future too.

I called for an estimate and he came over that day. I already had two other estimates and he came in the middle price. We set up a date for the next week. He asked if I was going to have all the furniture removed from the rooms. I said I would have it removed before he got there. He came Monday morning at 8AM and worked till 5PM. He came the next morning to do the finish sanding in the corners. Then he put on the stain and one hour later he put the first coat of finish. He came the next morning to put the second coat and then in the evening he was suppose to put on the third coat. He called to say because of problems at the other job he could not come till the next morning. He came the next morning and in one hour had the third coat on. He said to let it dry all day and then I was good to go. I was very pleased with the finished floors.

I think they were okay, but I’m just not ready to do the work yet. I might use them.

Jerry really made the floor look great. He worked around our schedule and made the trip out on the weekend to lay down stain samples. We quoted 4 different people and he was the most reasonably priced. He installed new floor in 3 rooms and finished the remaining oak in the rest of the house. He made the new floor match the old wonderfully. There were a few hiccups towards the end with the finish but Jerry came back to make sure it was done right, with urgency. I am very happy with the result and would work with him in the future. Oh, the dustless sanding really was a clean option.

Having a small baby home caused the search for dustless refinishing floor company. We have been struck with very high priced estimates what made us thinking that service is not for our budget. Fortunately Jerry has been recommended by my neighbor, he had his floors redone about a year ago and still very happy with the service and outcome. Jerry has showed up for estimate on time, he has brought some new ideas based on his experience for example ecologically safe finishes and most important for us – Dust Free service – at normal price tag! Whole process went through seamless for our family and accordingly to contract time frame, service and price. Now our refinished floors look really impressive.
