Description of Work: Huerta Bros. gave me an estimate to do some spring cleaning and mow the lawn every other week. They came out and did as promised but did not return to do the lawn mowing. I called, left messages. They never returned. Never heard from them again.

THIS COMPANY PROMISES THINGS AND DOES NOT DELIVER. THEY DO NOT SHOW UP WHEN AGREED AND, IN FACT, SHOW UP AT THE EXACT TIMES THAT THEY HAVE BEEN INSTRUCTED TO NOT COME. THEY ARE NOT SUPERVISED BY ANYONE WHO CAN SPEAK ENGLISH. THEY FAIL TO RETURN PHONE CALLS. THEY MOW LAWNS THAT ARE SATURATED LEAVING DEEP RUTS IN THE LAWN AND THEN RESPOND WITH THE FACT THAT THE HOMEOWNER IS BEING ''TOO FUSSY'' ABOUT THE LAWN. THEIR CLEAN UP IS LATE IN THE SEASON AND BASED ON SUBSEQUENT EVALUATIONS OF NUMEROUS OTHER LANDSCAPERS, THEIR WORK IS SHODDY AND INADEQUATE. THEIR FEES WOULD BE ACCEPTABLE IF THEIR WORK WERE SATISFACTORY, BUT IT SEEMS THEIR OBJECTIVE IS TO SIGN UP AS MANY PEOPLE AS THEY POSSIBLY CAN AND THEN PROCEED TO MOW AND ''MAINTAIN'' (IF IT CAN BE CALLED THAT) WHENEVER THEY CHOOSE REGARDLESS OF HOMEOWNERS' REQUESTS OR WEATHER. I FEEL THEIR LACK OF KNOWLEDGE, SUPERVISION, RESPONSIVENESS & COMMITMENT TO FULFILLING THEIR OBLIGATIONS IS NONEXISTENT. AVOID THEIR BAIT & SWITCH TACTICS!
Description of Work: ANNUAL YARD MAINTENANCE, CLEAN UPS SPRING AND FALL, PLANTING, REPLACING BUSHES AND SHRUBS, AND GENERAL, WEEKLY YARD MAINTENANCE.
