Got it Maid Cleaning

I agreed to have the condo cleaned every other week at the quoted price. I was sent a person who arrived late, complained on her phone to her friend the entire time she was cleaning, and did not complete the job. I was sent a person who hates dogs and is allergic to cats, knowing I have both. Many areas were left untouched. Very unprofessional. I was given nothing but excuses as to the quality of the job done. She did offer to come and re-clean, but I was not interested in having anyone from the company back in my home. She did, however, cash my entire $115 check, even though a bathtub, kitchen table, appliances, baseboards, and more were not cleaned as promised. Beware......

After the death of my father, my husband and I had the task of clearing out his condo. He lived alone for 17 years. Before we put the condo on the market, we needed it professionally cleaned. After reading good review for Got It Maid Cleaning Service out of Wheeling, IL, we decided to use them. They showed up promptly, did their job and within hours the neglected bachelor pad was squeaky clean and in great shape to sell. Sheri, the owner ,was professional and pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend this company!

Sheri and another girl showed up on time, with all necessary supplies, and ready to start. They split, one of them started upstairs while the other one started in the kitchen. They worked methodically without missing any spots. By the time they left, my house looked and smelled fresh and clean. I did a walk-through after they left and didn't find anything to complain about - clean kitchen and bathrooms, no spider web in the corners, clean blinds, shiny h/w floor. I didn't ask them to do laundry or windows, but probably will ask to wash windows and balcony door next time. I should say that I've been using their service for many years. Primarily on ad-hoc basis. A more systematic arrangement would have probably eliminated a lot of headaches for both of us, but Sheri has always been very responsive, so I never came around to setting a schedule.
