They provided a very high estimate.

The end result is fine. The new carpet looks good. I enjoyed the installers and the sales person who made the first contact. But getting the job finished was messy. I liked their business model, that they sent us to a wholesaler, where we could see a huge variety of samples and the samples were good size. But the guy who dispatches the installers seemed out of touch in our case. One person notified us that our carpet had been delivered to Get Flooring, but the dispatcher contacted us twice, clearly unaware that it was in their warehouse. The big headache was that we moved a lot of furniture out of the room to be carpeted on the day when the installers were scheduled and disconnected our internet and wi-fi. That really clogged up our bedroom and bathroom with the furniture we moved and we were without wi-fi. But the installers arrived, having been told the carpet was here, but it wasn't here. I would think they would rush to make it right later that day, but we had to wait for the next day and I saw no sign that Get Flooring really took our inconvenience seriously. We saw on Angi that a lot of their customers were happy. I hope others have a much better experience.

Absolutely Horrible, can't express the pain this project was and we've done a dozen remodels previously. Paul is unprofessional, rude and his team is incompetent. I was left with a non-functioning bathroom after spending 2 weeks of crazy with these people. The plumber installed our $1500 shower faucet incorrectly and their response was to tell me to "complain to the manufacturer". We had to hire another plumber to fix it.They had no clue what supplies they needed and I had to go to the store daily. They broke a $1500 piece of glass all over my driveway and did not clean it up. They demo'd a wall that was supposed to remain. The tile sub-contractor was the only skilled member of the team and he had to stay at my home until 11pm two nights in a row because Paul's team had done all the prep work incorrectly (not my words, direct from the tile person). Paul has no ability to run a project much less a company. Most importantly, he was a huge JERK the entire time. Save yourself and hire someone else to do your project. It's been a month and we are still trying to fix all the problems they created.
