 + 0 moreI found Emerald Lawn Care on Angie's List and made my initial contact via email on a Sunday afternoon. I was primarily interested in core aeration and fall fertilizer for my 23,000 square foot lawn. Mark emailed me the next day and eventually we talked on the phone. Mark was very helpful and took the time to answer all my questions, as well as make additional suggestions of how I could better care for my lawn. Over the course of a forty minute conversation I got more solid advice specific to my lawn than I ever thought possible. Eventually I decided that I needed to wait on the core aeration (cost was competitive but not in the budget due to other ongoing projects) but determined that I needed the fall fertilization and weed control. After calling a competitor to compare cost and service the decision was easy, I called back Mark and made an appointment. Although they were quite busy, I was able to get my service moved up because of a cancelation. They came when they said they would and left invoices behind detailing their work. I will continue to use Emerald Lawn Service in the future.
Description of Work: Emerald Lawn Care completed a "Fall fertilization" (slow release granular fertilizer) treatment and a "Fall Broadleaf Weed Control Application" (liquid application).

 + 0 moreWe had initially considered using the more recognized, national lawn care providers, but ultimately decided to use Emerald. This was because of the knowledge that Mark possessed, and the excellent balance that he maintains between care of the environment, and creating a beautiful, weed free lawn.
Description of Work: Emerald came out to do a fertilization application as part of an annual maintenance contract we have with them. The staff is always overly courteous, and very professional. They come out and do the work when scheduled and make sure to do applications when it is least likely to disrupt children wanting to play in the lawn. We have used Emerald for several years, and would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for lawn care provider. We have also used Emerald for core aeration, seeding. These services were performed with the same level of professionalism, and resulting satisfaction.
