We picked out the stone we needed, dtk came out and laser measured the location. It was cut and installed in about a week. Very nice stone and good service.

Perfect! All staff were very helpful and pleasant - from sales staff, to guy who measures, to countertop installers. All questions and concerns were quickly addressed. Countertops were installed a few days after I signed contract.

DTK installed new granite countertop, backsplash, and sill for my bathroom. They arrived on time, verified work to be done, secured undercount sink to counter, cut hole for faucet, installed and sealed in about 45 minutes. Very professional and dependable and will be using again in the future.

DTK Stone Works sent a sales rep to our home to discuss countertop options and to take measurements. The rep said fabrication and installation could take 7-10 days, fabrication was completed within 2 days, and they installed the next day !! Based on our experience we would recommend DTK Stone Works!!

We found a particular sample of granite at DTK that we preferred for our new kitchen countertops and reserved it two months prior to need. When the time came for installing it, Sandy and Dimitre were most cooperative in preparing the material for installation within our time frame; ie. immediately after our contractor had installed our cabinets. We asked for expedited service and received it: Dimitre came to our house to measure within one day of the request, and installation took place only two days later. This especially pleased our contractor who was able to return to complete our project relatively quickly. We are very satisfied with the quality of the finished product, pleased with the excellent customer service provided by Sandy beforehand, and believe we paid a fair price for the work. We give DTK our highest recommendation; we will certainly consider using them in the future should the need arise.

It was a difficult installation. They did a wonderful job, they had to carry the counter top up a very steep driveway.

Dimitre and Sandy at DTK were absolutely fantastic to work with. Our builder originally quoted us $17,000 to fabricate and install all the stone for our renovation.....with lesser quality stone. My wife did some research and found that we could procure higher quality stone ourselves for half the price. Our builder explained the price difference was because they carried the risk of breaking the stone or incorrectly measuring/cutting the stone, so they had to inflate the prices. We told the builder we were more than happy to take on that risk. We visited one stone dealer in the western suburbs who gave us an initial quote, but they never responded to our follow-up questions. So we moved on and found DTK. I can't say enough about the responsiveness and professionalism of Dimitre (the owner) and Sandy (the office manager). The entire process was smooth and easy. DTK even jumped through some hoops for us when our builder gave us two days notice that they needed the shower nice bases and thresholds. The end result is gorgeous. I'm so happy we found DTK and would recommend them to anyone.
