 + -1 moreI contacted Ray Swartz about lowering the water pressure in my home to make my existing water softener work better. Even though the water softener was not his product he was able to provide advice to help solve the problem. When the need for a water softener replacement arises in the future I would do business with Countryside EcoWater. They are fair, honest and helpful.

 + -1 moreThe work was done on time, in-budget and in a professional manner. I trust the owner as he was always careful to explain optional work in detail and offer up the pros and cons of performing the service.
Description of Work: Countryside re-installed a high-end Ecowater water softener removed from our last house. Since it was a great "on-demand" unit and only 6 years old, we took it with us. The old unit was disconnected and removed, the valves re-placed, the unit re-charged with new resin, the unit installed, and new tubing from the unit to the sump pit.

 + -1 moreIt could not have been a more pleasant experience. Ron was able to give me an appointment quite quickly and found that the softener was not working at all. He explained what was wrong, showed me the parts, and replaced the pieces that needed to be. He even prevented a potential problem by checking the backwash line to see if it was brittle. It was, so he replaced that for $9. I think any of us would pay that not to have to be mopping up a mess down the road.
Description of Work: I thought that something wasn't working on my water softener and called to have it checked.
