Roman is very detailed and knowledgeable. I've never had a contractor who tried that hard to understand the job even before coming for a quote. Very easy to get a hold of as well which is rare for contractors from this site. Would highly recommend.

Roman came to my house to review the project and we negotiated cost. I felt he was fair/polite and was happy to work with him. Was also pleased that he had availability that same week I wanted to start the project. He came prepared and took great care while working in my home to ensure the work area was clean after he was done. The end result of the project also met my expectation of quality. As other reviewers have said he may work a little slow but the quality speaks for itself. I much rather have the job done right than rushed with a poor quality of work. I would recommend Roman if you need help on certain jobs around the house and I will hire him again for any new projects that come around.

Roman is extremely talented and conscientious. He is very thoughtful and the quality of work is exceptional. He does not take any shortcuts and neither does he suggest one. He is a bit slow and might not be suitable for someone who is in a rush. We paid a flat rate and might have been a bit pricey, but we believe we got great value for our money.

After removing carpeting from our old staircase,we found several of our treads cracked and broken. Roman cut out all the old risers and treads and replaced them with beautiful new wood.He primed the risers and stringers all white. He stained and finished the treads to match the existing hardwood flooring. It looks beautiful. Roman is an honest, hard working man.
