We are doing some remodeling on the second level and had to rip up the floor to correct some serious unevenness in the sub floor. In the process, one of the radiator pipes joints broke loose and started leaking. This break was also repaired by Capps. With that repaired, the new sub floor was put down and the wood floors began to go down. The flooring guy thought he was away from the pipes, but his staple hit a screw which deflected into the copper pipe and punctured it. Hence the most current repair. Both times Capps came out on short notice and made the repair in a quick and professional way.

They were prompt, efficient, and repaired the problem.

He came in with covers on his shoes and did the work while I was watching. He explained everything while he was doing it, and I have been very happy with the work they have done for me. They are fair in their pricing and service. I would recommend them and will use them in the future.

Had crack in sewer line - got ests from 4 different companys - ranged from $1350 to about $6000 - chose Capps as was lowest and had pretty good score on Angie's - Seemed to do good work and total for job came out close to est - $1500 - only complaint - little slow in doing backfill of trench dug and kind of tore up yard -but I think any company that used a backhoe would have done same - overall good job at lowest price.

They were very clean and very quick at fixing my shower valve. They explained very well how they were going to do the work. Besides that they were very nice people. They are recommendable.

Very helpful; went above and beyond. The problem was not even involving my water heater and he made phone calls and was very helpful in helping me move in the right direction. A little on the pricey side, but well worth it.

They sent out two young people that I do not believe were plumbers. They were horrible to deal with, arrogant, they didn't know what they were doing. They put the flapper in the wrong toilet. I went downstairs to try the shower head and it was leaking. I found one of them digging the plug out of my sink with my good kitchen knife! Then they were going to install my kitchen faucet that I had purchased and they refused to put the one in that I bought and insisted on putting in one of their own. I saw that it was larger that the one I had purchased and it hits my window sill and leaks. They were supposed to rout out the sink, but brought a router that was much too small for the job. I called the owners and they both told me that they were not willing to come out unless I would let them videotape my sewers for $100.

CAPP'S WAS EXCELLENT! We had the Irish plumber out who took two days to clean out the lines & charged us $750, after negotiating the price down. Two hours after they left the toilet backed up into the shower again. I called CAPP's PLUMBING during the process and spoke with the owner. I told him I was working with someone but didn't trust them and had some questions. He helped educate me and gave me price quotes over the phone. When the first go around was a failure, I decided to cut ties and try CAPP's. They were here 15 minutes, told be the problem & how they would fix it. They finished the job in an hours time and did things the previous plumber said they could not. They were extremely knowledgeable as well as friendly. I am happy to say that I now have a plumber and have someone I can call with confidence.

I called on a Saturday morning and someone was there by early Saturday afternoon. He fixed the problem quickly and the pipe is holding up great so far. I used a coupon from the phone book and that took care of the service charge.

They were very courteous and professional. The price was right. He answered all the questions I had regarding plumbing around the house. He did have to return a week later because there was a leak, but that was free of charge. I would recommend them.

I called Capps Plumbing in a panic because the sewer pipe outside the house was broken and we could not use any water in the house. They came out the next day and fixed the pipe, put in a clean out and gave me a warantee for 15 years. Capps was well below the other companies and did great work.

The guy was a bit sarcastic about my pets at first because he didn't like animals, but he seemed to do good work at a reasonable cost.

THE PLUMBER WAS VERY NICE, COURTEOUS AND ON TIME. A WEEK LATER ONE OF THE TOILETS STARTED LEAKING, WE CALLED AND HE RETURNED PROMPTLY THE NEXT DAY TO FIX THE LEAK. WE'VE HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH ANY OF THE TOILETS SINCE HIS LAST VISIT OVER A MONTH AGO.

OK IF YOU'RE EXACTLY SURE WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE. BE WARY IF THEY SUGGEST EXPENSIVE ADDITIONAL REPAIRS. THEY WANTED TO SCHEDULE EXTRA WORK FOR THE FOLLOWING DAY, SAID THAT "WINTER PRICES" WERE GOING INTO EFFECT SOON, CALLED AGAIN TO TRY TO SCHEDULE THE WORK. GENERAL "HARD SELL" APPROACH.

I CALLED AT 6:30 PM AND THEY ANSWERED IMMEDIATELY. HE OFFERED AN EARLY AM AND I REQUESTED SAME DAY SERVICE AND THEY SEND SOMEONE RIGHT OUT. THEY GAVE CLEAR EXPLANATION OF PRODUCT AND CHARGES. I'M VERY PLEASED. THE PLUMBER DAVID BERRY, WAS EXTREMELY CONSIDERATE OF MY HOME.
