I needed a pane of glass replaced that had broke. They were fast in coming out to quote and in scheduling the work to be done. They did an excellent job. Where kind, professional and clean. I would use them again.

I had 3 windows repaired by Apex. The tech who estimated the job was polite, on time, and protected my home. He removed his boots so he would not track in snow. I approved the job, and within an hour the office called and scheduled the work. They showed up on time, completed the work perfectly, and protected the inside of my home while working on it. This is a 5 star company. I would highly recommend them for all your Window repairs.

I had let a broken window go unfixed for many years. If I'd known how easy the replacement process would be, I would've had it repaired long ago. Apex made the process so simple -- they even measured the broken window from the outside, without disturbing anyone. Two days later, a small crew arrived with the new insulated pane. They completed the job in less than an hour. Very clean, very professional.

They charged $1,000 repair 3 leaky windows. They caulked only the outside. Did not remove or prepare windows. The first rain windows leaked and caulk coming off.

I highly recommend Apex to anyone who has window issues where you might not want to spend unnecessary money on new windows. I started my search thinking I had to buy a new window but Apex fixed my broken window within 48 hours after quoting me. And their quote was about half of another quote I received.

I asked for an estimate and that was scheduled in two days. After receiving the estimate later that day I committed to the install. Two days later they had to come out to get an accurate measurement of the window, four days later the new window pane was installed. I was a bit frustrated that the initial estimator did not accurately measure the window dimensions and another appointment was needed. Although I am very happy overall with the service and professionalism of the company, I feel that the window should have been measured accurately on the first appointment. That way the window could have been immediately ordered and the extra appointment (and extra two days) would be unnecessary.
