These guys were prompt to give an estimate and scheduled the work very quickly after I accepted the estimate. Did a professional job and totally explained exactly what they were needing to do.

We sold our house and the inspection identified a window with a rotting sash and another window with a bad seal. I called all over and no one else could fix the windows before our closing. They fixed it the next day and did a great job. Why only 4 stars? They charged more than every other quote. I had no choice, but to pay if I wanted to close on my house. I shouldn't have explained the reason for the urgency. Maybe I would have received a more competitive price. The people Apex sent over were very nice and very professional.

Front the end, the Apex was responsive. The estimator came out, measured, took pictures of the glass single hung window I needed replaced. The process lasted less than 5 mins. The repair / install crew came out and completed the work in less than 30 mins. Very professional and quick.

Apex Window Werks was very professional about the process. The estimate was completed quickly, the communications from Apex for scheduling was excellent and the installment process was completed with great care. I would use Apex for any future work.

First of all, fast response. Talked on Wednesday, got an estimate Thursday, job completed Friday. 100% customer friendly, they purchased the screen door for us, installed it and the hardware, repaired multiple parts of two double-hung windows. Fast and quality work for a great price. Had to make an adjustment the next day due to the age of our windows, and they came right back out for that right away. Took forever to find someone for this job but as soon as I was in touch with Apex, we couldn't have been done faster or more pleased with the work.
