Hired Apex to replace my broken patio door glass. Customer service rep was courteous and responsive. There was a delay of the glass for a week due to a manufacturing hiccup but the glass was eventually installed with no issues. Crew showed up on time and finished the job with all debris cleaned up nicely. Will use them again.

The company was hired to stop leak coming inside from the window. Estimate was given for outside caulking. The person giving the estimate was a very nice person and was thorough. The estimate showed the complete area of caulking. They were to call me to make appointment, I had to call several times to schedule the work. Maybe I needed to be specific as the caulk color they used is white, which clashes with my mortar and molding which is almond color and bronze. They did spot caulking when the estimate was to re caulk the whole awning joints. I called them and they said they would come back to fix it but never did. I would be clearer next time, they did a minimal job. So far no leaks which is a good news.

Decent work reasonable price However they were a little slow to respond

I needed an exterior front entrance door glass replaced. The lady who answered the phone was really sweet. Since the glass was accessible from the outside, and they didn't need me to access it, she said I didn't need to be there. This was great since I lived far from the building. I just mailed the check once I received the invoice.
