I scheduled an appointment with them through Home Advisor to come and take a look. They called me with an appointment reminder and I was unavailable to call them back and did not call them because I had no changes to the appointment. This was probably my mistake. My appointment was then cancelled because I didn't respond. When I found this out through Home Advisor in my email, they were able to accommodate getting someone out to my house that same day. The lady on the phone was great, but the service man wasn't very friendly and seemed annoyed by my questions. He put in the order and I went ahead and agreed to have the service done. The customer service guy called me a few days later to confirm my appointment and also wasn't very friendly and seemed annoyed when I told him the first available appointment wouldn't work for me and suggested days when I was available. We were able to work out a time and I was told the serviceman would come between 7-9am. That was fine, and then the day before, they said they needed to reschedule for between 3-5pm, and I once again confirmed that was fine. They did not come between the 3-5pm window and when I called the office at 4:50pm to check in, no one answered. I eventually got a call around 5:30 that the serviceman was around 45 minutes away, but could still come. I said that was fine, and he eventually showed up and was at my place between 6:30-8:30pm. I was annoyed but wasn't rude to him, but he had a very short attitude with me and seemed like he was ready to get into a verbal battle with me if I expressed any discontent. He did the work and did a fine job, but then I wound up finding out that one of the parts that was supposed to have been ordered hadn't been and he didn't have the parts available and I would need to schedule another appointment. Still waiting to get this fixed and I will definitely not work with them again.

They were scheduled for 12-2 and they were ringing the doorbell at 7:30 AM! When we told them 12-2 worked for us.

Very helpful and best rate for the replacement glass I needed for the front window.

Apex contacted me quickly, were early to both the estimate and appointment and replaced the glass in my bay window within 15 minutes. I thought my problem was much bigger and would be more costly and time consuming, they gave me a great affordable solution.
