Job done as stated. They didn't charge as couldn't fix window.Other work done as indicated and very nicely done.

NEVER USE APEX - THEY WILL DAMAGE YOUR HOME, TRY TO HIDE IT AND THEN CHARGE YOU -WITHOUT TELLING YOU - DESPITE PROMISING NOT TO. I hired Apex to replace window balances. I live in a vintage building with beautifully maintained original woodwork and expensive windows meant to match the style of the building. The neighborhood association requires this. Apex sent someone out to give me an estimate. They were slow to provide it and even slower in returning my calls to schedule the job. When the repair men came, they caused extensive damage to my window frame and tried to conceal it from me. There were huge gouges, chips, scratches and an 8 x 2 section of the woodwork surrounding the window looked like they had taken an industrial size cheese grater to it. It was splintered and rough to the touch. I called the workers out on the damage. They said they could sand down the 8 x2 scrape and maybe find a stain close to the color of my woodwork, but could do nothing about the deep gouges, chips, and scratches. They said not to pay them that day and someone from Apex would call to discuss the damage and the charges. No one called. I left numerous messages and twice emailed pictures of the damage. No call backs no response to emails. Two weeks later, Apex charged my credit card for the full cost plus an additional service fee. I wish I had the option of attaching photos. If you saw them you would be shocked - it looks like they never did this type of work before. The cost to repair the damage to the woodwork far exceeds the amount Apex charged me to utterly destroy it while doing something as basic as replacing a window balance.

Work has not been done yet but glass is ordered.

A crew showed up with my new glass and replaced all 5 bad ones in just a little more than 3 hours. Quick, efficient, courteous, and professional are words I could use to describe this experience. They sealed the outside nice with silicone and it looks so clear like there's not even glass there. Thank you APEX!

We needed to replace two foggy panes of glass in our dining room. The work was scheduled and completed in just a few days to our complete satisfaction. I would recommend them without hesitation.

I live in place with really big widows. They came by to make sure the measurements were good and came back again and did very well with everything.

Second time we've used their service. Crews continue to be top notch craftsman, service is better than ever, they are customer driven, really rare to see these days. Superior rating, 12 on a scale of 10.

I highly recommend Apex Window Werks. They replaced a broken window for me and I was very pleased with the work. Both the sales person and the installer were very professional.

Apex had the estimate and work done in just a matter of days! They did a wonderful job and we were very impressed.

Did a good job but took my home alarm which was on the window. Didn t to remove it. Will cost me over 200 to replace it. Really stupid

They are the best. Denis was very helpful and saved me a lot of money by his suggested repairs instead of total replacement. I have used them again the following year on other window repairs and have recommended them to my friends.

They came out, inspected the window and then said they needed to perform some work to stop the leak. $550 later, they said the problem was fixed. During the next rain, the window still leaks, I?ve called them 3 times, they sent out their salesperson again who said he would call me the next day and they?d come back out. 3 more phone calls and still no solution to the problem or any other follow up. I?m very disappointed by the lack of customer service, the lack to quality of product, and the lack of professionalism from a recommended company on this service.
