They were super responsive in coming to give quote and completing work which was all done in a week. They did a great job on the project and would absolutely use them again if I ever need window work done.

hired them for a window re-glazing job. when the estimator came out to take the measurements, his numbers were just off by a enough that when they came back for the installation the glass cracked due to the pressure. came back 4 days later to replace with a new glass that fits.

Workers were almost 2 hrs late. Good and quick service once they finally arrived.

We had a good experience from the initial call to the completion of our project. The estimate was provided on 10/15/19, and our job was completed the next day. The estimator and the two installers were very professional and polite.

I used apex window werks and was extremely happy! They were out to install new glass for two broken windows in my basement. They were very professional and were in and out in no time at all! They did a great job!!!

They were very thorough measured twice to be sure the correct material was sent to the job site. The installation crew was clean ( put on foot covers before entering the house) efficient and had the correct sizes for all 6 windows.

They measured my window, and returned on the scheduled date and installed the glass! Very pleased with their performance!

They came and gave me a written estimate. They were able to measure my windows and have the replacements ready in a few business days. They gave me a time frame of when they would be on site and they gave me a call when they were in route. The installation was quick and the team did a very good job of cleaning up their work area. Friendly and courteous service.

NEVER USE APEX - THEY WILL DAMAGE YOUR HOME, TRY TO HIDE IT AND THEN CHARGE YOU -WITHOUT TELLING YOU - DESPITE PROMISING NOT TO. I hired Apex to replace window balances. I live in a vintage building with beautifully maintained original woodwork and expensive windows meant to match the style of the building. The neighborhood association requires this. Apex sent someone out to give me an estimate. They were slow to provide it and even slower in returning my calls to schedule the job. When the repair men came, they caused extensive damage to my window frame and tried to conceal it from me. There were huge gouges, chips, scratches and an 8 x 2 section of the woodwork surrounding the window looked like they had taken an industrial size cheese grater to it. It was splintered and rough to the touch. I called the workers out on the damage. They said they could sand down the 8 x2 scrape and maybe find a stain close to the color of my woodwork, but could do nothing about the deep gouges, chips, and scratches. They said not to pay them that day and someone from Apex would call to discuss the damage and the charges. No one called. I left numerous messages and twice emailed pictures of the damage. No call backs no response to emails. Two weeks later, Apex charged my credit card for the full cost plus an additional service fee. I wish I had the option of attaching photos. If you saw them you would be shocked - it looks like they never did this type of work before. The cost to repair the damage to the woodwork far exceeds the amount Apex charged me to utterly destroy it while doing something as basic as replacing a window balance.

Work has not been done yet but glass is ordered.
