We are on an annual plan.

I pay them quarterly.
We had mice in the house that were coming in from the outside. The first guy that came looked around the house. He pointed at some areas where they might be coming in and I had a couple of cracks in the concrete outside. He put a gray material in there. He said he couldn't take care of the others, I had to call someone else to do that.  He put traps inside the house. There were dozens of mice in the house but he caught them, most of them. They kept coming. this is the second year already. We kept having mice even though I have people coming and putting steel wool and a paste or something. One day, my husband was in the basement and one of the pieces of insulation was falling down that was under the dinning room and my husband kind of pulled it and came down tons of mouse droppings and leaves and seeds and stuff. It was like a road for the mice to come in and they never even looked there. I called to have someone come and seal it up. They did not acknowledge anything that they had let it get that bad. I had my own traps in the room. I guess what I'm saying is the only thing they did well was coming in and putting in traps. They are not very thorough and they do a limited job.

They're great. They're very friendly and very professional. They come out when they're scheduled. They're here on time. Anything they do addresses any type of insect problem. Every year or every other year, we have these tiny little ants that come out in the spring time. Anderson is here in the spring. The same person comes out all the time. Within a day, we see an immediate result. They're really good.

I am so pleased with Anderson. Their technicians are friendly, knowledgeable, and get the job done. I signed up for a yearly contract. They inspect your house quarterly for any pests and get rid of them.

The chemicals worked.

I had heard a long time ago that they were good and they are living up to that standard so far. The price could be lower but they are ok.

They are very good and they take good care of us. We have a contract with them and we keep renewing it because we really like them. We have been using their service for years and we love them. They are very responsive and if I have an issue they are right here. Their price is okay and the customer service is outstanding. They come immediately when I call. They come regularly when they are supposed to come and I don't have any issues because they take care of them all. I have no pests.

It turned out great. It was absolutely great. They were very professional and knowledgeable. They did exactly what they said and when they said they'd do it. We will absolutely use their services again in the future.

I didn't hire them. That just sounds awfully high to me.

There have been no issues. The pests never came back, thank god. They're very good. The price was reasonable. They came right out.
