Service ordered for elderly relative who changed mind. Vendor agreed to cancel service. Payment was refunded.

The man who answered the phone at the business was professional and curteous and sent someone out within a few days of my November call for services. The price for a 1400 sq ft home was very fair. I told him that while I did have a hose to use to flush the gutter downspouts after cleaning, my hose wasn't very good. He noted the service tech would have a hose in case mine did not work. The service tech who came was quick and efficient, but didn't flush the gutters. It seemed that he loudly rattled them to shake the leaves down the spouts. When I asked about flushing the downspouts he said it wouldn't be necessary. I sent and email inquiry to the company through Angies list noting that when I later poured buckets of water over the downspout to which I had access, it pooled in the gutter vs. pouring down. They also noted that they would send pictures but did not. I asked for them to look into this but didn'nt receive a response. Perhaps the provider didn't see this communication? I would consider hiring again if this was just a miscommunication....In an event, I don't think that we could rectify this with a gutter flush until the spring

The service was never performed. I called the company to schedule an appointment and after I was asked several questions (name, address, and phone number), I was told I would be put on hold for about 3 minutes. After 25 minutes and no one came back to schedule an appointment, I hung up. When I tried to call back, I did not even get a voicemail to leave a message. I had hoped that since they took down my phone number that they would call me back. No such luck! Don't waste your time with this company!

Heat cables were dislodged during work and I was not told. They were not re- placed along room line w gutters

It went well for the most part. He left a bit of a mess on the deck in the back, but did an overall good job. Would hire again.

Did a great job. I had three kids in the house and he was kind and patient. I don't remember how much it was, but they had very upfront pricing per # windows in a range inside and out, plus a certain amount for each storm window and each window track/sill.

HORRIBLE. THEY REFUSED TO DO THE JOB, AFTER THE GUY TOLD ME KNEW WHAT TO DO. BUT THEY REFUSED. THEY DID NOT DO THE JOB.

I wasn't there - my husband was but he said they did a great job and I can tell you the windows look amazing! They explained things well and worked efficiently. Oh, they even cleaned our window wells windows which was amazing! We will def. be using them again to clean our windows!

Once they agreed to do the work it went fine. I needed the leaves removed from the gutters before it snowed but they could not commit until the weather changed and the gutters froze making the job a lot harder on them. They did show up and did a great job even though it was cold and they had to chop I've in the gutters.

Old grout (colored) remained - new grout used was clear. Resource did no clean up after - left dust / old grout in sinks / shower / on cabinets.

Very well. I had used them before and kind of knew what to expect. I wait until fairly late to have it done since there are a number of trees which over hang my house. By the time I contacted them it had already gotten pretty cold and had snowed. They timely reached out and explained what parameters were required for them to perform the service, and inquired as to where they could dispose of any debris.. They did so the first possible day. Very satisfied, will use them again in the future

They came when they said they would and handled it very profesionally, despite a bit of a mix up on the location where work was to be done. Quality of work was very good.

It was wonderful. I plan to have them back out to replace the grout in the tile floor of my kitchen. I am very happy with the work!!
