Always on time, very communicative and excellent work. We have been using Amruss now for a couple of years and we have been pleased with the work.

I can only see into the gutters on a lower level roof, but they were adequately cleaned and are flowing fine.

Did a good job of the driveway, however, the spray made a mess all over the front steps and garage. I would have liked them to just give the front steps and garage doors a quick rinse to get everything off before it dried. They did show up late so they were finishing up in the dark and may not have noticed.

Great, scheduling was handled over email. Gutters were cleaned as scheduled, no additional charges. Will definitely use again.

I guess he did an okay job. For two hours I just thought he would've accomplished more. I don't know how long it takes someone to do this work - take out the old caulk around the shower and replace it. It was caulk and it was turning yellow. I mean, there was nothing wrong with it but I just wanted it replaced with white caulking that was around the tub, and he didn't have time to do that. I just felt if it's an expert, if it's a professional, it should have been done quicker. He just seemed a little unprepared. He had a hard time finding the right building, so he was running late to begin with then he felt rushed. When he was running late, I was called to let me know that he was coming and there was coordination with a girl at the office for him to find my place. They were good about that. What he did, it wasn't horrible. It's just that I thought he would do more in the time that he had, being a professional, and I had just a few minor things to be repaired around some cabinets, and he just didn't have time to do it. The person was nice enough. The other thing is, it was laid out in writing what I wanted done. I live in a condo on the third floor and he had to go back to the car twice, and I thought well, if you know what the job is, wouldn't you think you'd have all your tools with you? The person was very nice and considerate, but I just thought more could be done in two hours. I've never had it done, so maybe it should have taken longer? I don't know. And then when I signed the receipt, he puts on there that he did the shower, which he did do, but not the tub and the minor stuff around the cabinets in the kitchen. And I thought well why did he put that down, because he didn't do that. I don't know if I would use their company again.

I had some trouble scheduling this. They were to come in the late afternoon, but they called me to reschedule as they were running late and it would be dark by the time they'd get to me. We set a new appointment. They never showed up for that appointment and never called. When I contacted them they said they had called everyone with appointments for that day to cancel as rain turning to ice and snow was predicted. Unfortunately I was the one person they had overlooked. I was concerned about leaves and debris freezing in the gutters then we get into winter and they wouldn't be cleared. They were very apologetic and sent someone to assess my situation. The man they sent went ahead and cleaned the house and garage gutters that day and finished just as the snow started coming down. I was very relieved to have the work taken care of and very appreciative of them going out of the way to follow through and provide good customer service.

Went as expected. Very prompt and thorough.

This service turned out fine. It was good. One person came out to perform the service. He did the job well.

They did caulking in our bathtub. Service was very good. The price and the job was right. I am satisfied. I would recommend them for other things we have to do here.

We took advantage of the $99 special for bathroom caulking/grouting. A young gentleman came to do the work but did not speak a single word of English, so we tried to communicate by pointing to the areas where black mold was showing under the silicon caulk -- 1) around the TOP portion of the tub and 2) around the top of the bathroom vanity sink where it touches the marble top. At that time we were not asked about caulk color and just assumed he would match the clear silicon that was already there. (Our tub and tiles are white, the grout is a very light white-ish gray.) We wanted his experience and expertise in removing silicon caulk from those areas, getting rid of the mold under the caulk, and replacing new clear silicon caulk to the affected areas. We tried to communicate this to him, but because of his inability to speak a word of English negated any successful addressing of our problems. After about 15 minutes, my husband checked in on the progress and questioned the gray color he was using on the tub. I initially approved it, however, it dried much much darker than I liked. (An experienced caulker would know that.) He also caulked along both sides of the tub going down to the floor, plus the entire bottom of the tub, both of which I did NOT want. He also, without approval, scraped off the silicone between the top of the bathroom vanity and wall with a tool that created a permanent smudge along the marble (it was obvious as I have a keen eye for detail and notice such things). At that point, because he couldn’t speak any English we had to converse via a translation app on his phone, which was time consuming and did not work very well. He claimed he did not create the marble smudge and was apologetic of the bad job. I asked him to discontinue working on the vanity, remove the caulk from the bottom of the tub and leave. My husband and I cleaned up the remaining mess and worked the rest of the afternoon removing the caulk from the other areas of the tub. We will finish the job ourselves. Another point that bothered us was that the caulk being used for the bathroom was labeled ‘100% waterproof window, door and trim sealant’ instead of bathroom/kitchen variety. When I spoke to the woman who answered the phone at Amruss, she offered to send another worker to fix/complete the job, but we refused. If you are particular about the aesthetics of your caulk and grout, and need to communicate with your service worker, you might want to go elsewhere as this will be a waste of $99. We needed someone with knowledge on a higher end bathroom, not a person who would be fine working on a rental apartment.

It went wonderful. Ira did a fantastic job from start to finish and thoroughly over the whole house.

The young man that did the work did an excellent job. I have plaster walls and he secured a board to the wall and attached the railing to the board. He also did a nice decorative routing around the board. Nice looking and secure! The work done was excellent. Communication with Amruss was not. Calls to the company phone were answered by a simple and frustrated "Hello". I had to ask if this was Amruss. The guy was running late for our appointment and I had to call to confirm he was coming. They did give an updated ETA and he did show up at that time.

We needed windows cleaning and readied for selling the home. Did a good job to make us look great for open houses.

The first time they came, the faucet was still leaking and one of the toilets didn't work. They were able to come back and fix the problem.

It was great, worked out well. The person doing services, English was not his first language and he did not understand that it was a refinished tub and the caulking process has to be a little more delicate. That was a little bit of an obstacle and had to spend quite a bit of time to explain it to him but then he seemed to get it. He was very efficient and sensitive to the unique situation. Cleaned up great.
