He delivered, matching the grout and caulk.

It went very well. He not only recaulked the shower and bathtub, cleaned some of the shower grout but also fixed our shower door that wasn't closing correctly.

We I bought the "deal", the vendor contacted me right away. Through email, we setup a work date and time of Tuesday, April 28th from 12 to 2pm. Instead they came around 9:45am. We were not ready to have them in our house. When I complained to the guy who showed up, he simply just said, "Well I am here now". So we ended up having him just do the outside, but not the inside. I wrote to the company and complained via email, but I haven't received a response. Not even an apology for only receiving half the service. So I want it know that although the outside windows were cleaned and they did a good job, they only performed half the job I paid for. Do I do not feel they can be trusted to keep their word.

He was on time and did a great job cleaning all our windows.

They called about 1.5 hours before they were due to arrive and stated that they were available and could they show up in about 1/2 hour. I said, 'of course'. And, they did!

They did a very nice job on our home. They were very friendly and had an eye for detail.

It was a great experience. The technician who did the inside was courteous and very competent.

Contractor did not show up in agreed to window of time and was advised of alleged difficulties resulting in delay only after I called the office to find out the status. Minimal work performed as contractor on site between 15-25 minutes total and no evidence that downspouts were flushed per the deal likely in an effort to catch up on delay in schedule. Was advised that as part of service, contractor would leave "before & after" photos of work performed - none to be found. Also, despite purchasing deal, I received an invoice for the work that was pre-paid.

They were very professional and did a comprehensive job. Windows washed inside and out and screens put back. They were cautious not to harm outside plantings and very courteous.

It went horribly from the start and ended just as bad. First after waiting for someone to show up at the designated time and having no one show up, I call Amrus to ask where there technician is. They say they will call me back and do about 5 mins later, where they then proceed to tell me there was traffic and the technician will be there in the hour. But that doesn't happen, in fact it takes a few hours before the technician arrives. At this point I had to go in to work and left my girlfriend to oversee things. When their technician arrived, my girlfriend said he smelled very heavily of liquor and was clearly still drunk. He then proceeded to say he didn't know how to use the sanded grout I already had for the re-grouting job and that he would use some caulk instead (because as I found out, he didn't know what he was doing). He then used latex caulk (I only know this because I asked my girlfriend to take pictures of what he used) and used it to coat over the grout in the shower. We waited over 48 hours for this to dry (he said it would only take 24 hrs) and assuming something was wrong when it didn't dry, I checked the internet to find out that you should only be using a silicone caulk in a bathroom because latex is bad for moist spaces. Long story short, This was a horrible experience with someone who had no idea what they were doing. I hire someone so that they can be the expert and save me some time. I ended up having to strip off all the caulking and re-sealing it myself with a silicone caulk just to prevent any damage until I can get real professionals out here to fix things. The only saving grace ( and why I'm giving a D instead of an D grade) is that he did a decent job caulking the line behind the sink counter (the smallest part of the job). I would NOT HIRE this company ever again.

The team worked quickly and did a good job. After they left, however, we discovered that the screens were put on backwards.

Average. They did not complete stated gutter washout with hose, even after I pointed out that the Angie's Sale notice included that feature.

They had to reschedule once due to the rainy weather, which I didn't have a problem with. The employee showed up on time and did the work that was needed.

Work was good quality...they were very responsive

Two gentlemen came out and worked for an hour each, quickly and efficiently. They didn't talk throughout, they just did what they came to do.

I don't mind submitting a rating but I am absolutely not willing to tell a whole story about each event.

I have no complaint about the work that was done, but I just paid $170 to a locksmith to repair my back door handle. It was working fine but after they left it was broken and it was obvious that something heavy had been dropped on it.

Great! They responded quickly after the purchase, arrived on time, and completed the work in the time they advertised. They also cleaned up afterwards.

Serviceman was 1 hr early (which was fine!) and did more work than expected. Good guy.

He was courteous, professional, helpful, and competent. Had a little bit of a challenge finding an opening, but looking a couple weeks into the future resolved that. Not a bad sign if they're busy! His drywall skills were solid.

It well well, the caulking looks way better. I wish more areas of the grout were repaired but it was probably because there is a time limit with which they will perform the work for the Angies List coupon.

Services performed well. Person doing the powerwashing was friendly.

Ok. Not Great, but not poor. Very courteous young lady but we've had better cleaning results with other house cleaning service providers.
