The company sent out a technician this morning. When he arrived, he told me he was misinformed of the scope of the work, that he had been told I needed grouting done (I'm not sure where that came from), and that he wasn't able to do the work. I spoke with the company and they informed me that they'd email me with a new appointment. I'm sorry, but that's not how it works. I changed my entire day around this appointment. I will find a different company to use.

There was some confusion about when the tech was supposed to show up. The promotion allowed for 100 sq. ft but the tech claimed it was over double that amount. I didn't agree with his assessment. He also stated that because of the age of the deck regular wood stain wouldn't work and recommended more of a paint type. We ended up spending more money than the original promo. Generally pleased with the results but question the size of the deck.

Came out next day. Cleaned up nicely afterward.

House looked great but the grounds were left muddy from the workers walking in mud then on patio and driveway. Once brought to their attention they came back and cleaned up the same day.

Happy with the work. You just have to keep track of the time. I paid for two hours and he showed up 15 minutes late and left 1 hour 45 minutes later rather than the full two hours. But I would hire again.

Overall good but a few pieces of feedback. I didn't expect the upcharge from the Angie's list special to also get the frames and sills cleaned. To me those are part of the window. It makes me leary for future specials offered. They also didn't clean up the dirt they wiped off some of my windows. It was left on my floor or counters. He stood over me while I was filling out the survey so I wasn't comfortable putting all of my feedback down. The windows did look good when they were done.

I purchased a coupon prior to the work for 2 hours of service for 100 dollars. I was a little nervous about doing that especially since it's work we could have done on our own but I knew it would take forever and we are working on other projects. I was worried about moisture getting in and creating mold so I just decided to purchase the coupon. I'm so glad I did. There was one guy who came in, he didn't go over the time frame and got everything done we needed. For us it was well worth the 100 dollars to have it done in 2 hours so we could continue on with our other projects!

We paid 99.00 for two hours of work re-caulking our tub. We figured it would take less than two hours for sure as we've had this done many times before and it usually only took 45 minutes at the most. It took three hours and we were charged an additional 60.00. Either he purposely took his time to get more money or he's an unusually slow worker. The job he did was nicely done, but not better than any other re-caulking we've had done for much cheaper.

Overall, it went well. Very good value for the work done. Both of the employees were friendly and worked quickly and efficiently. I wanted a shelving unit placed in a corner, and they found a good solution to install it. Only reasons for downgrading a bit from the written review (on paper) I initially gave them was due to not cleaning up wall debris in five spots after drilling to install shelves and drapery rods. They also tried to move a shelving unit by squeezing it through a narrow space which caused some paint to come off the door frame and onto the shelving unit (minor and fixable). They bumped a few walls along the way, too. Again, minor, but extra care should be taken to ensure that neither walls nor furniture are damaged. I recommend that employees wear clean company teeshirts so clients clearly know the workers as your employees.

Very professional. I only scheduled them to do the pool deck, but I kept adding to my list. Also, I appreciated the fact that they had a scheduled appointment to get to--someone else was waiting for them--so they left to complete that job and then returned to finish my work. The two man team did a great job. It was a lot of hard work-lots of windows and large area to power wash. I will be calling them every spring and maybe even more!

Took forever to do the work. initially company said I was out of their usual area but would do the work. Work was finally done in April after back and forth emailing. Tried to charge me more because they thought my home was larger from Google Maps. I told them it was another address. There was a big time span to complete the cleaning, they headman spurts of good weather to do it in. I also prepaid it with a cc so waiting so long was frustrating!!!

Doors were hung upside down. Was that not apparent when the handle is at 4 1/2 feet off the ground? Ceiling and walls scratched up. I called to talk to someone about the work, I was told, "well, maybe he was just tired that day!" I asked to speak to an owner of manager, they refused to give me a name and said no one was around. I asked to please have someone come back other than that particular worker and was told he's their "only handyman that does that kind of work and we call him Superman!" I was informed someone would call me back. Four days later, no call back and I called again. Same scenario.....this time the girl very rude, also refused to give me the name of the manager or owner and got very silent when I summed the story up. I finally just hung up extremely frustrated. I would not recommend using this vendor.....their "Superman" and his Handyman superpowers are awful and it's apparent they don't back up their workmanship. I guess you get what you pay for.........

Not well - the project was beyond their capability. In the end, they did no better than we would have, even though I called office 3 times to ask if they could do/would have tools (a torch) to do what we needed. No one called me back, ever, to answer the question. I finally gave up and just had them send the person who was nice, tried to help, but said it was beyond what he could do. Had we known this, as I told them on the phone, we would have used their services for another task. Now we have paid money and still have to pay more to get a plummer. Very frustrating.

These two men were very polite, hard working, and cleaned up after the job very well. They were also amenable There were 2 men for 2 hours. I will hire them again for some of the many other services they provide. Thank you. A happy customer and a nasty job at a great price.

Beyond my expectations. Absolutely GREAT service.

Came on time, however one guy was very sloppy on his job. He broke two of my yard solar lights, he kept it aside and continue to work. I had to request the main guy to finish the other perons job, which he claimed he did. I will not hire them as they lack professionalism

Someone showed up but it is a two-trip visit to match the grout and caulk. This was just a quickie job between his company's larger projects, so they only allowed one day to do the work. Impossible. He said he'd return on his own time and never did. We had bought the caulk in anticipation.
