They checked both side and was surprised to find one side was already done by me, after the first side was completed my knee hurt too much and decided to try a gutter cleaning. The opposite side they removed the debris and tried to wash out the remainder or so it appears i was not home and my wife could not check the work or how it was completed. Today i inspected the work noting that most of the gutter on the one side was cleaned, However their was still gunk about a 1/2" of decaying leaves and asphalt in a section of about 25 feet. Maybe this was wash off but not removed. overall they completed the work as expected gutter basically clogged before, they did mention that the gutters are not properly angled for drainage 60 feet long so that may have contributed. would recommend overall and appreciate not having to do that side of the house.

It was raining the day of the appointment. I called to see if they wanted to reschedule. I rec'd a msg saying the worker would determine if need be. The worker showed up on time and worked in the rain. I believe he would have done a better job had he not been rained on the entire time he worked w/ no rain gear on. He wasn't able to fix the screen door just made it a bit better. He removed and reinstalled the deck screws but didn't fix it. I think I could have done the work myself with same results. Next time, don't work in the rain.

They never returned my request for a date. Requested a refund from Angie's List. Very unhappy that they did not respond to three requests for service.

In February I asked if they could do the work. They advised they needed to send someone to look and asked for my contact information. I provided it immediately. They never responded. P.S. I was required to provide an overall rating even though they did not assist me.

Horrible! Will never hire them again or refer them. We want our $$ back! Will NEVER trust Angie's List again. I might even post on some social media networks and WARN everyone NOT to hire them. Now all we have is a torn up disgusting looking deck and don't know what to do!

Generally good, but quality is average and professionalism is average. Price not bad, it was a Deal, but probably would hire again, just don't expect perfection.

The first person did not complete the job and I had to call the company and ask them to come out again to finish it. The screens were not cleaned properly and the tracks were not cleaned, even after the second trip. Will not use again.

Provider came within a few days of me booking on Angie's List. Cleaned all exterior two-paned windows on first and second levels including 10 large windows on four seasons room and two full glass storm doors. They do great work. Will hire again!

No call. No show. Emailed and called 3 times. Waited 20 min before starting to call. Finally got someone to answer and she said driver was in an accident. No appointments available for 2 weeks. Should have contacted me. Don't trust them to reschedule because they have no concept of customer service or respect for clients time.

They spent 40 minutes on the job. I do not believe the worker new how to caulk-- he smeared it far away from the joint and did a shoddy job of removing the old caulk. Within 48 hours the caulk was beginning to peel where he had smeared it 1 1/2" away from the joint... I emailed them my frustrations and photos documenting the work within 72 hours and received no response.

They were really good. There were two of them, and they were polite, took their shoes up, and were very quick.

Friendly guy, but extremely slow to work. Didn't complete the job but they left holes in my dry wall. At first, he asked when I'd be free next and I said Friday (4 days later). He said yes, left and expected to see him then. Instead, I got a call asking for other dates that I could never agree to. It also defeated the purpose of having it done on Monday... to be done before visitors on Friday evening. He left with holes in my wall!! Never in my years of construction have I seen something so shady come from the companies I worked for. I want money back and costs for sparkling my damaged dry wall.

This is my new handyman go-to service. They can do just about anything. I contracted them to replace a faucet and replace a light fixture in the past. The work was amazing. This current service involved replacing a porch door - looks great. Also, I had hanging of shelves, installation of an outdoor hose holder, and additional miscellaneous tasks in the house. I will definitely be back.

Purchased the Angie's List deal for handyman. Once purchased, they followed up quickly to schedule an appointment within a week that worked with my schedule. The scheduling staff was very professional and courteous over the phone. The technicians were punctual - a little early which worked great. They got to every item on the list of handyman items. The technicians were true professional, expedient and precise. They are multi-functional: electrical, plumbing, wall repair. Have used many handymen in the past given the amount of work our home requires - it was built in 1882. This was by far the BEST experience. We will definitely call them again and highly recommend if you are looking for a professional job, expediency, great customer service, and competitive pricing.
