Work was overall done good, although there were a few missed spots that I had to vacuum myself after. I was unhappy with the punctuality - they were almost two hours late without any text or call, I couldn't even get a hold of her and she said her phone was dead.

The experience was a nightmare from start to NEVER FINISHED. THREE appointments were not kept - service technicians were impossible to reach and went to wrong address and then tried to charge extra fees to come to the right address. Calls went un-returned. WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED IN MY LIFE and we are not complainers.

It was fine. I don't think the credit was appropriately accounted for when counting windows. Further, some windows were pretty streaky. Lastly, it felt slightly "bait and switchy".

After one phone call to the office, we agreed upon a price, and date and time of the service. The employees arrived on time, we reviewed all the work that needed to be done and discussed the agreed upon price. After they were finished we discussed how well they accomplished the tasks. The employees were courteous and professional. They completed all the jobs in a timely manner, replaced all the furniture on the deck and the screens. The deck, siding and windows looked great!

Final grout job was not done as professional as expected.

I purchased a pressure washing deal, selected 3 days for company to come out to perform service and they've missed all 3 dates. I haven't heard a word from them.

No problem but workers did not lower shades to original positions and anything moved from window sills left where they were removed to do window cleaning. Some dirty areas on floor not cleaned from windows cleaning

This could not have gone better. My gutters were clogged and were causing a situation where my neighbors house was getting all of the overflow. They were not happy with me. I let this provider know my situation and they sent someone out the SAME DAY. There was no extra charge for this quick service. I was very happy with the service they provided and could not have been more thankful that they made it out the same day. Would recommend.

It was a good experience. They were good guys and did the work properly. It was easy to make an appointment and they came on time. I have no complaints. I think they only thing they could have done different was to tell me there would have been extra costs before they started.

They were a little slow to get me scheduled, but the technician came and sprayed the liquid tub liner and the tub looks brand new.

We see up the appointment and one young man showed up right on time. He said he could either re-grout OR caulk, and not both, so I decided the chalk was the most needed. He had the equipment and supplies with him and did a nice job in a short amount of time without making a mess. There was one part that he could not do this time due to a wetness problem, so he said he could come back for a fee to finish the job. He did come back as agreed and was finished in a short time, and I paid him an extra $20. He was a very pleasant, intelligent young man who spoke very good English. The phone lady also spoke good English but too fast.

Very well. Two professional cleaning ladies showed up and spent close to 3 hours cleaning the house.

The work was good but we found it odd that the workman asked if he could have some coffee. We are non-coffee drinking house. We located some old Keurig left by a friend and made that. Then requested sugar, cream etc.. That was off putting probably reduced the rating from an A. Service performed with a Angie's List coupon. Worth it with the coupon.

Amruss came out on time and was able to clear the downspout. They cleaned the gutters and checked all of the downspouts to insure everything was working fine. They were 4 times cheaper than a previous gutter cleaning service we had used. I would use them again and have considered some of their other services.

They did excellent. I really appreciate Olga's work ethic, she was outstanding.

It went very well. I had more windows than the special I had purchased so it cost a bit more but the work was done well and the windows look great.
