Technician was friendly and didn't complain about having to deal with bushes on outside of house.

Not good. Mess from gutters was not cleaned up from patio. Elbow downspout not connected. Heavy wet debris put in small plastic garbage can in my backyard. Poor response when I asked to have my extensions cleaned. They just dump a bucket of water in the downspouts. No hose used on gutters. A waste of $160.

I contracted with this company to clean the outside windows of our condominium and to power wash the patios, sidewalks and parking area and remove rust stains on the patios and sidewalks. Dmitri did a great job on the windows and took his time. Artem who did the power washing was in a big hurry and did a less than adequate job. I was presented the invoice which charged for the outside and inside windows plus a labor cost of $80 for removing the rust which involved pouring the acid on the concrete. I questioned Artem about the inside and he indicated that they did wash the inside. I also negotiated a total charge for the rust removal dropping the price by $50. I paid Armuss a total of $686 for the work done over two separate visits. After they left I asked the owners if they washed the inside and was told they did not. The only inside windows washed were mine. I called the office and spoke to William and disputed the bill indicating that I thought I overpaid by approximately $82. I was then sent another quote after the fact indicating that I owed them $94. I asked that a representative come out to our building and accurately count the windows and see the work done. I spoke to Alex and then Igor the CEO who said he would be out to my home at an agreed time and date. On that date I received a call indicating that Igor would be very late and would have to reschedule. I tried after numerous calls and speaking with William, Alex and Igor to settle the matter. I would be placed on hold and then hung up on. They refused to take my calls and finally blocked my calls on two separate numbers. I called back again on my wife's cell phone which I had not used and Hanna answered. She was the only one that felt bad about what was happening and had empathy for my situation. She personally sent $90 through Zelle to our bank account. Hanna is the only decent person in the firm and if I do any business with Amruss again which I doubt it will be only with her. Totally disappointed with this company. They lied about the work done, overcharged for their services and then did not have the decency to try and settle the dispute with the customer but ignored me and thought I would go away. Be very careful when dealing with this company.

Nice job. Andrew was so congenial and easy going and professional. So nice of a workman. He took out old tile and put in new tile with thinset mortar for kitchen floor and grouted —nicely performed. I supplied mortar and grout.

They cleaned the roof gutters. No mess left behind. They came and left without a trace

they came almost after dark, go right on top my roof for the job. I can't really speak for the quality because I can't see the result. also I am not sure if they flushed/cleaned my downspout. I don't have drainage problem anymore though. would give A if they communicate with me better before and after the job. but other than that no complaint

They responded to my request quickly to schedule a time to complete the gutter cleaning. They came out to clean the gutters for the day they confirmed. They did a great job and I would hire them again.

Great job, the team showed up when I was at work and when I came home the job was done. I am an end unit and just yesterday as I walked by I thought what a nice job they had done on the entire side of my siding.

Gentleman did a good job cleaning all windows. Paid an extra $25 to have screens cleaned. Would probably skip the screen cleaning next time.

They came in at a punctual manner. Unfortunately, they had to come back since they didn't do the downspouts and the water was stuck there. However, someone from their company came to fix the problem. I believe their workers are contractors. I will hire again for simple needs around the house. Price is similar from other companies.

He did the outside with a squeegee. I thought it was for inside and outside. The worker was kind of abrupt. There was some kind of communication difficultly between what I thought I was getting and what I actually got. This was a Angies deal.

They did good of levelling my gutter. Its been couple of rain seasons and water not flowing over the gutter any more.

Sent out one man who worked quickly. Did a great job on our windows. Great price. Only negative was the dirty water that had dripped off the windows onto the sills wasn't cleaned up as well as it could have been. I believe they charge extra to clean the sills so I just walked behind him as he finished a window and wiped it down myself. Not too big of a deal.

I think it went well unfinished basement that the sump pump failed. He was very good and tried to get all the cobwebs etc. Very accommodating and did great job.

They did a great job. Since they have cleaned my gutters, I have not seen any ice hanging from the gutters or on my sidewalk. I would use them again and I would highly recommend them.

Efficient and professional service.

Used leaf blower to clear gutters, seemed suspiciously fast. Didn’t pick up leaves on the driveway or ground. A bit messy for what I paid.
