The technician did a nice job. He happily touched up a couple areas that I requested. He even cleaned off my neighbor's windows that got wet from the power washer.

The guy didn't show up until 6:20 at night, and I had hired some young men to pull out boxes and bins at 3:00, and return at 6:00 to put them back. He worked for about fifteen minutes and told me he had not spray or deodorizer. I was forced to schedule another time. He was there less than ten minutes to spray. He had only taken one bag of junk the first time, and was reluctant to take two more bags. I simply had him take some boards from the side of the house.

They did a good job. Could have wiped off the window ledges in front for a more professional and completed look.

Very poorly! Requested a morning time and was told they could come between 1pm and 3pm. Called with no response, then emailed to confirm they were coming that day. Got email confirmation. By 3:30 when I still had not heard from them, I called to find out if they were still coming. The woman told me it was not confirmed. When I told her I got an email confirmation that morning she said they were not going to be able to come. When I told her I took a day off of work for this and it was not acceptable for them not to come she then said someone would be out at 5pm. She tried to tell me that the customer that her guy was at had the same last name as me (highly unlikely!). The guy finally showed up at 5:10pm. I asked him to take the valve off the kitchen sink first so I could go to Home Depot and get the proper replacement while he did the other work. While I was at the store, my husband said he complained the whole time about how he did not have time to do the other things. The window panes were "installed" using some small nails into the wood trim and no sealant. When I got back from the store and he replaced the valve on the sink, the water pressure was really bad (it was not like this before). When I told him he would need to fix that as it was not like that before he said "Are you lying to me that it wasn't already like this?" He got it going a little better but it is still very poor pressure and was definitely not like that before he came that day. He was extremely annoyed with any of the other items I asked him to do. One of the towel bars was not installed at the location I specified even though I showed him 3 times. At 6:30pm he said he really had to go and could not do anymore work. When I asked if I would receive a credit since I had paid for 2 hours, he tried to tell me that he had arrived at 4:40 (which he most definitely did not) and that there wouldn't really be anything else he could do in 10 minutes time. I called and left a lengthy voicemail but never heard anything back. I have never come across such a rude handyman who clearly didnt know what he was doing. I took a long time to write this review because I really don't like writing negative reviews and wanted plenty of time to calm down about it. I get mad all over again every single time I wash dishes as the water pressure in my kitchen sink is still screwed up.

He first said he couldn't do it because he had worked all day at other jobs. He was late getting here for the other service - garage cleanup. He reluctantly agreed to do gutters. Spent less than fifteen minutes and did not do downspouts.

The men arrived promptly and did a good job.

There seemed to be some mix up on the start time and/or location, but once the gentleman arrived all went well. He went beyond my expectations when he caulked the sink and tub without prompting!

Despite a major heavy downpour they worked quickly and efficiently. I was extremely pleased with their work and professionalism.

Very professional. Were early and got straight to work. All work was performed quickly and was well done. They put certain large pieces back for me and cleaned up area.

It was a bigger job than Hasan had anticipated, but we weren't surprised and we gladly paid for the extra time. The work was very well done. It took 4 hours rather than the 2 we had prepaid through Angie's List, but the additional time was at the "Angie's List Customers" rate. We're very happy with the job he did and will definitely call Amruss again.

Very good work by 2 technicians. We were scheduled at the end of the day so there was some delay because of issues with previous customer. We thought that the work was very well done and I would definitely use this company for other jobs.

$60 per hour is expensive but otherwise good work

Work was completed in two days. The crew was competent and efficient. The owner, Gary Dorff, was very helpful and easy to work with. There was significant confusion as to scheduling and a lack of effective communication.

Did as I asked; fair price for work accomplished.

It was good. I did not pay more than the Big Deal. One person came out. He was good. I told him what needed to be done, and he was able to do what I asked. He figured out what he needed to do.

They were good. There were 2 workers. They did what I asked and returned the screens in a timely fashion.

Well. Hasan did a very nice job and was very pleasant to deal with. My only concern was with the people making their phone contact. When I answer my phone and no one is initially there, I find it frustrating. Caller ID does not show a business name so I have no idea who/ what is on the other end. The actual work however was very good and I do recommend them.

The Caulk job was a little sloppy and I had to do all the 'Clean-Up'. I just found a razor blade on the 2nd floor window sill the other day. Overall I would give them a C (Average) on the job that was done.

The clean out process was done well and quickly. My only complaint is that they didn't take the garbage bag full of what they took out of the gutters with them. I put it in my garbage, but I didn't realize they wouldn't take it when I purchased the deal.

There was more of a problem than I expected and was glad that it could be addressed; however, the tiles were not aligned when the job was completed.

When they came he pointed out since I had screens, only half of the windows can be cleaned outside. Disappointed but... ok. Then they cleaned the leaves out of the gutters... but don't believe they ran water thru to flush out or anything. They left bag of leaves for me to dispose of in plastic bag. I never had gutters cleaned before but from reviews I read before booking this... those were things done on those jobs. So not sure very thorough.

Job completed satisfactorily as specified.

I was very impressed. Within minutes of buying the coupon on Angie's List, I received a communication to schedule window cleaning services which they were able to do on the next business day, first thing in the morning. They were on time, worked fast and did a great job. HIGHLY recommend.

Went well. However there were additional costs quoted after the sevice was performed.
