The worker was on time, friendly, and the windows looked great when they were done!

I have used them before and the people are always very polite and the work done well.

The cleaner was on time and did a thorough job for a reasonable price.

Discovered more intensive work needed to be done. They were fair.

OK. Not as thorough as expected. Soffits cleaning had areas that were not complete. Had old wasp nest that I thought would have been knocked off with power washer. Based I the price paid for the deal, I feel that the job was sufficient.

Service man showed up early - replaced caulk in 2 bathrooms - NICE.

Two guys showed up on time and worked hard all day. They really care about the customer's satisfaction and will do whatever is asked to achieve that. I dread using companies for the first time because you never know what to expect, but they exceeded my expectations. I am so happy with the results and will definitely use this company again in the future with pleasure. The only negative was they left my job mid-way to do another scheduled job and came back over two hours later to complete my job. This was not the fault of the employees but the office. I do not think they realized the scope of my job when the appointment was made and did not schedule enough time. Next time, I'm sure this problem will be eliminated as they will have a record of how much work is needed and how long it will take. I would like to thank this company for providing outstanding service to my property. John and his assistant are to be commended.

The technician was late arriving, however, once he arrived, he was diligent and did a nice job of cleaning the porch, deck and sidewalk areas.

It was ok. The person executing was a bit junior and didn't correctly explain all the service options. I would have liked him to also clean around the windows since he was up on the ladder.

Well. Showed up on time. Cleaned up.

Used the special coupon for gutter cleaning. Was able to schedule and get work done within a week of buying coupon. They came out and cleaned gutters in about an hour. Left property/area clean.

They canceled the first appointment due to issue with their truck. Only window panes were washed; I was expecting the sills to be done as well.

Did the job eventually had more difficulty than expected scheduling the appointment as I didn't realize they didn't typically serve the area I needed repaired.

A very young man, looked teenaged, came to do the work. Grout is still missing in some areas after work was completed. Grout was not sealed. Sealant was applied around kitchen cabinets and appliances and it is thick and shiny (aka awful looking). Will not use them again.
