Showed up on time. Wouldn't do it again. He asked me to review his work before I checked the job. He didn't speak great English.

The service guy who came over was slow and wanted to quote overages above the deal purchased at the start itself. Overall work was just ok. I'll have to see how long it lasts. Hejustmanaged to caulk the shower door, not to the level of satisfaction though.

Only 1 drain pipe completed but still leaked. Took him more than 5 hours. Went to home depot twice because he didn't buy correct drain pipe first time.

He showed up on time, but realized the job would be a little more difficult because I had a Koi Pond in the backyard very close to the house. This made it difficult to put the ladder there to clean the gutters at that location. He re-scheduled so that he could bring someone to help him with that situation. They came back as scheduled and did a great job.

He showed up a bit late (likely due to traffic) but seemed in a rush to get out of there. Overall, he was pleasant and was able to get the work done.

Had to reschedule as the first installer did not have the sealer. I would recommend purchasing the sealer, tray and brush yourself so they can get right to work on the project. They supplied the caulk.

Came on time and did a great job. Quick and easy.

Would not hire again for this type of work; quality of work just so so; did not complete all requested work in time allotted (2 hours); on the phone too much while at my home.

The first thing the employee said when I answered the door was that the job would cost $45 more than advertised. He then spent 10 minutes on the gutters, knocked on the door again and said there wasn't much to clean because most gutters were screened. Downspouts were to be flushed but I didn't see that. Before and after pics were offered, but never provided. Total waste of money.

Caulking was very sloppy and not professionally done.

Not very well. I will not provide a rating for this vendor. I was quite surprised I was able to schedule a Saturday appointment however I called them just to confirm they were still coming. The gentleman told me his technician was having car trouble and wanted to know if we could reschedule. He promised to call me back within 10 minutes to verify which he never did. Things happen so I agreed. However, we re-scheduled for the next Friday between 5-7. I took off work early so I could be there in case they came earlier. He called and gave another excuse that the technician wasn't going to complete the assignment he was on and wanted to change the appointment for the next day. I was fed up with excuses so I informed him that I would find someone else to do the job. I was getting the feeling that he was just making excuses. I will not use them again for anything.

We'll but we're told it would cost more

This company did a good job both inside and outside. I did have to reschedule them as they could not get to the house at the required time but they were accomodating, and I would use them again.

I was impressed with the garage cleanout as it was filthy and the basement was even worse.

Horribly. Bait and Switch technique. Wouldn't do the offered contract without their expensive add-ons.

Very nice handyman. Punctual, courteous and did GREAT work. Handyman stayed to get the job done even though it was over the purchase time paid for. I paid extra for his additional time. Very reasonable. Will definitely use them again.

Good other than one item -- screens were not out back properly.

Initially started off on the wrong foot. Had not heard anything for over 24 hours after purchasing their Big Deal. Call the company to help get on their schedule so that I could get their schedule and was told they did not have the information from Angie's List and left it up to me to contact Angie's List. Called Angie's List and the representative at Angie's List was surprised that I was able to purchase the Big Deal as I apparently did not have the right membership. The Angie's List representative upgraded me to the "Green Level" I believe and called the vendor to get things straightened out there for me. About 20 minutes or so after talking with Angie's List the vendor called me and asked if I wanted the work done today and I said yes. She advised that her technician would be at my home around 4:00 pm. Advised closer to 5:00 pm would be better. About 5:15 pm the technician arrived and got to work on the project. Roughly an hour later the technician was done with the work and advised that we had roughly 1,500 more feet than the Big Deal covered and advised it would be another $30 which I had no problem paying. Gutters and down spouts are now clean and ready for the rest of the rain that we'll get here in the Chicago metro area this week. Yes I would hire this company again to clean out my gutters.

He was absolutely punctual and very professional. He was also efficient. He called ahead of time to see if he could come early. I showed him the work and he started right away.

He was on time and finished in a timely manner.

I was extremely impressed to receive an email within minutes of placing the order. They came out the same day and were on time. I paid for 20 windows to be cleaned. The gentleman who arrived, walked around the house and informed me that it would be an additional $37.00, which I agreed to pay. I thought it was because we had a bay window and our sliding patio doors. He never did explain as to why the additional cost. The gentleman removed his shoes prior to entering the home. He worked for approximately 2 hours. For the price it was okay, I thought it would be better, left some streaks, some spots still remained, it appeared that he used only a squeegee and a spray bottle leaving the edges of the window dirty.
