Description of Work: cleaned garage. nothing more than a power washing. I had to supervise to make sure they moved some stuff that would have been soaked. They did not help with anything in cabinets, or hooks. they must have direction to ONLY address the floor cleaning...that is what the service should be called. Also have minimal "windows" in my garage...only one in the door to the outside, so that aspect of cleaning was a non-starter. I guess they did spray some thing scented all over before leaving...basically I was thinking I would have had help getting stuff out of the cabinetry on the walls, etc....guys told me they did what they were told to do...clearly no more...also I thought I would get an opportunity to review them immediately rather than have to sign back in to do this...just spent time this a.m. sending you an email about that and we some details about their work. very minimal...again, it should be sold as a power washing service...I have a power washer. I wanted help cleaning my garage out!!!

Description of Work: I got a "Big Deal" for window washing (up to 32 windows) including the window sills (or so I thought). The scheduling process went smoothly and the woman I talked to was very professional, but the day of the cleaning, the office called me (while I was at the gym) to say the workmen would be coming earlier than scheduled. They did the outside windows and then came back to do the inside once I got home. Overall, they did a good job on the windows themselves, but they didn't clean the sills and they missed several windows, which I didn't realize until after they left. For what I paid, the job was fine, but I don't think I'll be using them again.

Description of Work: Upon arrival they told me that the price would be almost double. When I told them that I will not pay double, they told me they could do what amounted to what I paid. The areas that were visible from my windows (lower part of the 1st awning) were perfect, however upon closer inspection of areas that were not in plain sight from a window (including my actual 2nd story roof) were left untouched. They did unclog 1 downspout with a hose and by continually pounding on it and bending the gutter but it clogged up again due to debris and now p water everywhere at the joints because it is once again clogged. I would not recommend or use them ever again.
