Description of Work: The young man who did the service was on time and polite. However the pants he wore were of the gym type and appeared to be way to big for him. As he climbed the ladder I was afraid they were going to fall off. He had to tug at them to keep them on as he climbed the ladder. Not very safe. The work was done in less than 15 minutes with only a black garbage bag being used. I thought that the gutter would be blown out or washed out. I have no idea if they are even clean. When asked what the gutters were like the response was, "They aren't too bad." What does that mean. I would not use this service again as I felt that the only thing that was done was so clean out some branches and then leave the job. | |I don't like to give this kind of a negative review which is why I have hesitated but I guess I have to state my experience.

Description of Work: Gutters were cleaned quickly and effectively. After getting the run around from another company, Amruss was a nice change of pace. We agreed on a date and time, they showed up when they were supposed to and did a nice job.

Description of Work: Two men arrived on time to wash windows. They did a great job and I asked them to clean the screens, as well. They were polite and professional and worked diligently. I would definitely hire this provider again.

Description of Work: The men were polite, on time, respectful, and completed the job quickly. I would definitely hire them again. They did a good job and it was peace of mind for me not have my husband go up on the roof!

Description of Work: The person who did the work did a great job, worked really hard. The windows look terrific. | |There was a mix up on the scheduling. They responded to the wrong "Big Deal" and did not return my email or phone call telling them that. I stayed home the scheduled day (unnecessarily it turned out) because they had really scheduled gutter cleaning rather than window cleaning. No big deal about the problem, but not good for ignoring my email and phone messages. I finally got them on the phone a couple hours before they were scheduled to arrive. | |We doubled the amount of work expected by deciding to have all the windows and storms done. They were very accommodating and did it. Unfortunately, one of the two workers had to leave shortly after arriving |which caused two problems: 1. He did not finish until quite late. 2. Apparently the worker who left had taken out the storms in the garage, and the guy who did the rest of the work did not know that. We found them unwashed in the garage after he left. I should have caught it when I walked around at the end, but didn't.

Description of Work: They were the Deal of the Day. They cleaned the gutters of our 2 story house in record time and were able to come by the day after I called. A woman from the company called to make sure everything went well although she was a bit difficult to understand.
