Description of Work: I wasn't home for the scheduled appointment, but my wife was. She said that the young man was efficient and nice. We have a very tall/steep roof and were having problems with gutter clogs. He cleared the clogs and did a few other small tasks related to the downspouts that we had requested. We were happy with the service.

Description of Work: One fellow showed up. He took on the task of moving all the free standing items out of the garage by himself, vacuumed, power washed the concrete floor, and minimal cleaning of anything on the shelves or sills. He and I decided how the stuff should go back in. There was confusion about the details of the deal, with him erroneously charging me for the second side of a two car garage. That was straightened out to my satisfaction. I had to have another fellow come out to do the spraying and the cleaning of the garage/house door. Nice people. I would probably think about hiring them again if the deal was a good one.
